This is a great gym with heaps of good cardio equipment, individual break out spaces and weights. There are heaps of weights and machines. We went on a Saturday so it was really quiet. They accept casual visitors for $16 and the staff are very friendly. It is in the 13th floor and has a great view of the city. Great gym for travellers, not open Sundays.
In town for a wedding and needed a gym to work out in for a few days and this place def gets the job done! Affordable day rate and tons of machines as well as a large free weight space and a wood floor studio. As a woman I’m always a lil nervous in new gyms but I felt very comfortable here. Had a great experience with Joe at the front desk, he was really friendly and welcoming and helped me locate a yoga mat so I could do some floor work.
Big shoutout to Joseph! He always greets me with a smile, remembers my name, and makes the whole check-in process smooth and welcoming. It’s little things like that that set this gym apart. The facility itself is always clean, organized, and has everything I need for a great workout, but the staff, especially Joseph really make the experience 5-star. You can tell they care about their members
This gym has a nice view. They are renovating the machines and they have great rooms to do different activities like playing basketball or dancing. The only thing I’d say is that the restroom is always dirty. Nobody is cleaning or checking it.
I was really excited about coming to this gym.. but on Sat they opened up an ONE HOUR LATE. I get stuff happens but they wouldn't even for go the day pass fee for the inconvenience.. said I had to call the manager but he was the manager.... Still don't like that ... Gym is nice mix of old school and new school equipment. Not far from Canal Street so I walked to the gym. I like the gym as a whole just hate they opened up so late and still charged me. Good equipment and variety. Just know this gym is on the I think 14th floor of that building it's in. They could hv more step masters.
