I brought the kids here for a high-tech VR adventure, but I ended up finding my own personal paradise in the back. As a collector of random things the past 35 years, I was stunned to find a museum-quality card shop hiding behind the headsets. The staff didn't just sell me boosters; they welcomed me into the Pokémon card collecting community with open arms. It is rare to find people so genuinely happy to share their passion and geek out over rare pulls with a newcomer. My youngest son had a blast, and I walked out with a brand new hobby and some great new friends.
Amazing environment and friendly service. Very professional and makes sure everything is sanitized before use. He even charged me and my 2 brothers for only the price of two. Once again the service here is incredible. Their Pokemon room is sick and awesome. Very cool place, must try again.
Kawika was very helpful and hooked it up with a couple top loaders for the hits I pulled from the packs I ripped 🔥 ended up also buying an ARS slab
Cool place for the kids to do VR activities. Sufficient equipment to ensure clients don't have to wait. We enjoyed it. There's a Pokémon card secret room for collectors
UPDATE: Manager was super sweet and helpful figuring out what could have happened. Forget his name but he responded very quickly and we were able to have a professional conversation. Upper management have excellent customer service. If I have the chance to go back buy I would give them another chance. Old post: Don’t come here! They are scammers. Bought a bunch of pokemom cards packs. Guess they stole the good cards and try to repackage them. In one pack there were only 6 cards the other had only 5.
