Soma was very kind and did a wonderful job with threading my forehead, eyebrows, and upper lip. My first time here and she was very gentle, wasn’t as painful as I’ve had in the past. Thank you very much, Sweet Soma! 💕
Rcommended to me by a client. Not a luxury experience, but the prices reflect that! Today was my third experience: First time: Chin hair removal & threading, clean up eyebrows keeping natural shape & eyebrow tint. Everything was perfect. Second time: I asked her to clean up my eyebrows and she shaped them which I did not want. I want natural looking eyebrows. Had chin & eyebrow threading & eyebrow tint. I had less done this time, but it cost the same. Again, the prices are very reasonable so it wasn't concerning. Third experience (today 11/17/25) I came in to get eyebrow tint only. The quality of the work, as usual, was fantastic, however, when I walked in and was hit in the face with cigarette smoke. I don't know why anyone would allow cigarette smoke as a matter of fact, I think it's illegal, but the whole place was filled with cigarette smoke and it was horrible because I'm allergic. currently, I'm sneezing and having a lot of nasal burning and running. I know it sounds silly, but if you have any issues with cigarette smoke, I would definitely call ahead and make sure that it's clear. The first photo is of the tinting process during my second visit at the beginning of September. The second photo is two weeks later. third photo is of today about an hour after the tinting process.
Soma did amazing! I love them all though, I’m sensitive but they are thoughtful they put aloe after quick great pricing!!
I’ve had multiple negative experiences with the customer service at this eyebrow threading shop. Instead of addressing my concerns or apologizing, the staff actually pulled up my review during checkout and asked me to delete it — which was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. On top of that, it was clear they had been talking about me, but no one ever apologized or tried to make it right. The threading itself is fine, but customer service matters just as much. Unfortunately, after being treated this way more than once, I won’t be returning. Thanks but no thanks
