We hired the mobile gaming bus for our son, age 11, and nine of his friends, for his birthday. The bus arrived with plenty of time for set up (I think about 30 minutes before party time) and he was ready to go at noon sharp. The kids had an absolute blast playing together. It was a cold day so we did not use the outdoor screens or get any of the add ons, and it was still great! And at end time (2 pm), the kids came inside and the bus left. The gentleman who staffed it was professional and kind. He made sure we were ok with the set up and specific games available to the kids. Reservation request was answered quickly and kindly and down payment made via phone. Balance was billed to our card day of. Once the bus gets wrapped next year's it will look really great. I absolutely recommend OMG for your party if you have a video game loving kid (or adult!).
**Jim and the entire team at OMG are absolutely amazing!** We've hired them for our corporate event two years in a row, and they've been consistently outstanding. The entire planning process is **seamless**, all the way through the day of the event. Going into our second year, Jim immediately remembered our specific event process, was early for set-up, and ready to go well before party time. The team was very professional from start to finish! The lady who helped me over the phone to process my order, the gentleman that showed up on time for the day of the event, they had all of the pieces and parts that we needed, they showed up on time to clean up. They made it very, very, very easy for the students to have a great time. This was the best one ever!
We've rented from OMG for years and have never been disappointed. They are reliable, and their equipment has always been clean and in great shape. They also have a fantastic selection of entertainment options, carrying us through events from our daughter's first birthday to her 18th birthday, most recently.
Alex did a fantastic job at Little Learners Too in Eastlake Ohio! He was friendly and told the schoolagers the rules and expectations. He provided a fun service and he helped the kids with the choices. Thanks Alex and OMG for helping our SCHOOLAGERS have a great summer! Update to our 6th summer using OMG... still a wonderful company with wonderful staff. We had Jayden for the second year and he did a phenomenal job. I love patronizing small businesses as I am a small business as well And I know the impact of meeting the needs of a community! Well done for 6 years !
