I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction with the oil change service I received at Shop on 9/5/2025. After the service, I drove my car home and did not use it the following day. When I started my car the next day to take it to a car wash, within just a few seconds the low oil pressure light came on. I immediately turned off the engine because I know driving under those conditions can cause serious damage. I called the shop right away (9/6/25) and spoke with a staff member who asked me to bring the car in. Since I live only about four blocks away, I took it there immediately. The technician checked the oil level and told me that it was “fine.” He also mentioned that the vehicle may have another issue not related to the oil change the day before. Did not tried to check underneath the vehicle. I was not there to hear any other excuse but to resolve the issue. I was not satisfied at all. However, as I understand it, the oil level should not be checked right after the car has been running, since the oil needs several hours to settle in order to get an accurate reading. This situation is very concerning to me. My car was working perfectly before the oil change, and within 24 hours of your service, the low oil pressure light came on. I have never experienced this issue before, and it leads me to believe that something was not done correctly during the service. I'm also not able to drive my vehicle to prevent any issues to the engine. At this point, I am requesting a full refund for the oil change so that I can purchase the proper materials and redo the service myself or take it to another shop. I even sent out an email to the oil changers customer service on 11/9/25 and called their customer service # 11/10/25 and no response from them.

First time here as I was recommend to get my oil change here from a friend. It’s very convenient where you can wait in your car and it was fairly quick. The staff was very friendly and I appreciated there was no upsell on what I originally came in for. Julian was very friendly and just reminded me on what I need to pay attention to. They will show proof of the color of the oil to show it was changed and also the filters if needed to be cleaned or replaced. Highly recommend this location!
I have been coming to this place for over 3 years, bringing my car and my gf's car for an oil change regularly. I really like this location for a quick oil change and usually really good customer service. However, today's experience just left me scratching my head. I came in today for 3 things: oil change, washer fluid top off and bringing my tires down to 33 psi all around as my tires were slightly overinflated. The technician said OK. When he handed me the final bill, I asked if they did the tires and the fluid. He said, yes, they did. I actually saw him doing the back tires but I didn't see anybody touching the fronts. Neither I saw anybody adding the washer fluid I told him about that and I asked for the 3rd time. He looked me in the eye and said that he did all the tires and added the washer. Both of those things were not done I genuinely don't understand what is the point of lying to the customer's face, while they can literally observe everything that you are doing to the car?! It simply ruins any customer's trust that your team of technicians had very successfully built over the years. Over two very miniscule things It just really baffles me...
Julian and Matthew were the BEST! They let me know my drain plug was stripped, helped me find where to buy one, waited for me to come back, and answered all my questions. They were so friendly and nice and funny! Thank you so so much! Def will come back and refer others to come.
