Great place to get reasonably priced (custom) or on the rack t- shirts and sweatshirts. Also, under new management! Worth checking out while visiting Old Sacramento! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ in my book!
I went into this store and purchased a beautiful Peruvian poncho with hood made with wool from their country that the owners brother made in Peru. Absolutely a work of art! The two people working were mother and son. Nicest people I’ve met in Sacramento. Their shop is my favorite in Old Sacramento to visit because their items are different than the other shops there in Old Sac. They made us feel like we were genuinely friends, like they always knew us. That’s the first place I want to visit when we go to Old Sac just so I can first go in and say hi to them. My wife bought a couple of awesome outfits.
My shopping experience at Old Sac Shirts and Gifts this morning was beyond amazing. I was shopping for souvenirs for family members out of town. The shop owner provided exemplary guidance during the shopping experience. I merely described what I needed, and he quickly and expertly began choosing exactly what I was looking for. Best customer service of my life--truly! I would love to put one of him in every store in America.
Wouldn't step foot in this establishment again.. I visited in 2018 or 2019. My first time visiting sacramento and someone recommended to check out this shop. Was wanting to look around it more for possible purchase but was immediately put off and left after my encounter....cashier guy seemed like a snob...Looked me up and down like i was beneath him when I asked him a question for something i was wanting. I didnt ask him rudely but clearly the man was in his feelings?? Or having a bad day??? Not sure but he gave me some nasty attitude. Needs to work on customer service skills... If he was the owner of the shop,Yikes!!😬
The guy was so close to us and would not keep his distance and he was acting like we were going to steal something when we were literally on a field trip. I was first at the cash register and he kept skipping over me and ringing up everybody else. he even joked about it when it was finally my turn and said, "First one here, last one to pay." He was really rude and condescending and I;m not gonna let no old man talk to me like I'm some little boy.
