First time here and we had a great experience. My mom and I wanted tattoos and Eleck created our vision perfectly. The staff were all welcoming and even had snacks for my 5yr old.
Big Tuna was amazing! I came with my friend for a walk-in, and he immediately walked me back to his chair. Extremely nice guy, studio has great grandma candies, and he even asked my friend if she wanted a tattoo or piercing and immediately got her set up with the piercer. Most importantly, my tattoo is perfect. He tweaked and adjusted everything I wanted, and did everything perfectly. Thank you Big Tuna!
My husband and I came in for a walk in with Big Tuna. We had such a great time with him and he did an amazing job on our tattoos. Very comfortable and cool atmosphere. We love Big Tuna and Old Town Ink! Definitely recommend.
Realizing now that I never did a review for Pam so very delayed, but very well deserved. Pam has got to be hands down the best artist I’ve ever gotten a tattoo from. Period. I’ll start off with that. I got this done in 2021 before I moved out of state, but the rest of my ink would 100% still be done by her if given the chance. Two sessions to finish up a quarter sleeve (first pic is after session one, second pic is right after session two not yet healed) and I posted the pic of the idea that I showed her. She took it and ran with it! She also just understood exactly what I was trying to tell her when it came to my idea around the lightbulb, but was able to make it flow so nicely. Aside from being a dope artist, she’s extremely professional and on time. My first session start time was later in the afternoon and ran a little longer, but she had no problem staying hella late to finish the job, which really meant a lot. I had a session done at both shops in (Scottsdale and Mesa), both shops are clean and top tier. The other artists are super welcoming as well! During one of my sessions Pam even had an apprentice and was showing them different things on my arm as she was going and then was checking their work as well on their client. All around a cool experience. If you’re looking to get a tattoo in AZ I highly recommend Pam Sanders and Old Town Ink of course.
