I have been coming to O’leisure for the past 5-6 months to get my acrylic nails done. I personally like the nail tech Ivy, but I’ve noticed there are other nail techs that do a great job there too. I really like getting sparkly colors, but they have a lot to choose from.
I’ve been going to oleisure for awhile, and Jasmine is my favorite(she did my holiday nails- see photos!)! Colin is also an amazing, meticulous nail artist. Great place, great people, beautiful nail artists!
Absolutely amazing experience!! I basically showed Lisa inspo from Pinterest and she nailed it!! (No pun intended). I wanted something fall aesthetic and so glad I booked with her! And Kimmy at the front desk was an absolute delight and so hospitable!! She brought me a water and mimosa 💕
I came here on a whim because my usual nail tech was out of town. This location had great reviews and was close by, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I’m not sure if the tech I was assigned was new, but she seemed overwhelmed by the simple photo I showed her. Over the course of my appointment, three different technicians ended up working on my nails, which was unsettling. If the design I requested was too difficult, I would have appreciated them being upfront with me before starting. Prior to this visit, I had strong, healthy natural nails that I had maintained for over eight months. The technician filed my nails so thin that the dip powder application actually burned. To make matters worse, she flipped my hand over and filed underneath my natural nails with the drill, damaging them even further. Three weeks later, when I returned to my regular nail tech, my nails were completely destroyed. They were thin, uneven, and full of holes. I had no choice but to remove them and start over. This was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone who cares about the health of their natural nails.
Unfortunately this place was a place that I had visited before and liked but after today I won’t be coming back. I dropped off my daughter to get a French tip acrylic. I asked how long it would take and the lady said 1 hour we ended up waiting 2 hours which was annoying but not a big deal. Once my daughter showed me her nails it was not even close to what she had asked (Lam) the nail technician. She was very rude and kept repeating herself saying that was what my daughter had asked for. I said no and showed her the picture we had showed her from the very beginning. I gave her my card so we could pay and another employee came by to ask that we give her a chance to fix it. Which we appreciate but unfortunately it was worst then it was before so 3 hours later, $75.00 plus $2.00 card fee and 3.5% fee AND sore bloody fingers. What should have been a quick nail salon visit turned in to a nightmare for my daughter. Please see pictures below. They look so tacky and badly painted. They are also very thick. I guess we just caught this lady on an off day…? Hopefully they consider refunding me. I’ll keep you all posted!
