Really disappointed in my nails. This was the second time I’d gone and I was happy with the first and was hoping to make this my regular place. This time, I got a regular mani pedi, with my mani having French tips. The French tips are so bad and uneven. They do not go all the way across, they are not a consistent width, and she only did one layer so I know they will chip really quick. I had already cut and shaped my nails so she didn’t even have that much work. I asked her to fix multiple of them and some were obviously bad but she acted like she couldn’t tell they were uneven. Some she fixed still looked bad so I just wanted the service to be done. The photo doesn’t do the unevenness or lack of full lines justice. A girl sitting right next to me just now was surprised at how bad they look. Pedicure was fine, though there was one chipped/missing spot when I got home and looked and I had not hit my foot against anything.
I went today and literally have been sooo obsessed with this set!!! 😁 I had Lam as my nail tech, and he did so amazing! I recommend him 💯. I’m never disappointed whether it’s a pedi or an acrylic set.
I’ve been going since I moved to charlotte in 2021. I’ve had several techs like Lee, Aaron and Lam. I always love my nails, prices aren’t crazy and they honor appts so if you book ahead of time if someone is in their chair when you get there, they don’t make you wait. I am very picky when it comes to my nails and I drive 30 minutes to get there because it’s worth it every time!
Went to get my nails done on the 28th of this month, I got French tip nails. Didn’t notice until I left the nail salon that my French was very crooked and looked like he rushed them. Went back on 31st when I was off work and I had them repaint the really messed up ones. The woman who fixed them was very nice and understanding but soon after I left I noticed that 8 of my nails were already lifting! I paid $60 for my nails and they are literally lifting after 3 days!!! I won’t be back definitely wasn’t work the money and now I’m irritated, because I have to go somewhere else to get them done the right way. A waste of money if you ask me .
This is legit the best nail lady I’ve ever seen..!! I had a great person in matthews but it got crazy expensive.. then went back to my regular place it was good but nothing fancy.. a co worker recommended this place and her nails always look amazing .. Best decision I’ve ever made..!! Ivy was so nice and professional and my nails were thin and it didn’t even burn like they normally do with a full set when my nails are so thin.. she did them better than i expected and they look so natural.. best place in town and I’m CRAZY picky .. Ivy is the best !!
