I am so thrilled to have found this gold mine business. I work 2 jobs remotely, my laptop was broken on the side and this morning the charger would not charge my battery. EVERYONE else that I called either said that there was no way to get any information off my computer or they were too busy to even call me back. Then I called On Demand Computer. This fabulous gentleman told me to come right down. At the least, all I wanted was access to some of my really important files. Right then and there, while I waited, not only did he get me access to all of my files, he fixed my computer so that I could continue using it. I was so glad that he allowed me to give him the biggest hug ever! He had the power to charge me whatever he wanted because of my desperation, but the charges were completely reasonable. I will never ever take my computer anywhere else - this company is now my "go-to" store. And another young lady had come in the store while he was fixing my computer and said, "you always do me right." So, I knew before he even fixed my computer that I had chosen wisely. Thank you so much for what you did for me today!!! I will be posting on my facebook page as well about you!
Adel is an absolute professional wizard! I went in for what seemed to be a large issue that caused me mountains of frustration early this morning. When I brought my laptop in Adel stopped what we was working in just to help me. He was able to diagnose my issue and find a resolution that was much more cost effective vs my initial assumption. Shockingly that wasn't even my favorite part of the experience. He told me a fantastic story regarding the love of money being the root of all that is evil. Stories of stress and pressure that can lead a man to his early grave. My eyes were wide when I started to understand exactly what he was talking about because I'm the stressed that focuses on money all to often. Sometimes you need to meet someone like Adel to remind you that everything is going to be okay. I'll never got to another person for anything tech for the rest of my life. Thank you again! Hands down the best phone repair business in Nashville. Family-owned small business with very fair prices and fast work. The man who serviced me, Adel, kindly explained to me what was likely wrong with my phone and how he could fix it. I was shocked by how low the quoted price was — much cheaper than at the chain store I visited beforehand. Only wish I had discovered this business sooner!
Had them put together a custom gaming PC, and they were outstanding. They charged a reasonable rate, had perfect attention to detail, and were cool and courteous the entire process. They even helped me load and unload the PC, and repackaged everything when it was time to go. I can't recommend them enough, and would be lucky to use them again. HIGHLY recommended!!
