To whom I made concern, I had 2 technicians working in my home. Installing a new hvac system very very satisfied with their job with their work, Ethics, their performance, everything came out absolutely wonderful. Luis Guerrero and Andres Davila These 2 gentlemen were amazing. Very respectful. Cleaning after themselves, making sure that answers any questions. We had absolutely 2 star employees. We had such a positive experience with On Time Experts from start to finish. We originally called due to a leaking faucet, and Martin took phenomenal care of us. He was extremely kind, professional, and helpful, and took the time to clearly walk us through the issue so we understood exactly what was going on. Martin returned the very next day to replace the faucet with no problem at all. He was prompt, on time, and incredibly respectful throughout the entire process. His attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. Martin is a great representation of this company, and because of this experience, we will absolutely continue to book On Time Experts for any future needs. Highly recommend!
Nick came by twice and gave thorough service to our HVAC system. The inspection was top notch. He uncovered an issue with mold growing in our supply plenum that had never been found before even though I’ve had 2 other companies come out to look at our HVAC unit. If possible, I’d prefer him to come out to each service because it’s hard finding high quality HVAC work and honest people doing the job. Great work Nick!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience with On Time Experts Heating & Air, and I especially want to recognize Jevon and Codarius for their outstanding service. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to clearly explain the entire process for servicing and cleaning my AC unit, as well as the duct cleaning, which I truly appreciated. What stood out most was how conscientious they were of my 2- and 3-year-old nephews who were in the home. They were patient, respectful, and mindful of keeping the space safe and clean. Once the work was completed, they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, leaving everything spotless. Exceptional service, great communication, and genuine care. I highly recommend On Time Experts and would gladly request Jevon and Codarius again!
⭐️ 1 out of 5 (and I wish I could give zero) I do not recommend On Time Experts. I spent over $10,000 on a new HVAC system after a very nice salesperson promised the world. Unfortunately, what I got was shoddy work — which I didn’t discover until I brought in another company to inspect their installation. Based on the photos the second company provided, OTE had to admit their mistakes and come back to redo the job. When I called to schedule the rework, the woman who answered the phone actually asked me, “Why the hell would you pay another company to check our work?” — which is completely unprofessional and none of her business. Ever since then, every time they come out for routine maintenance (part of the plan I’m stuck on), they seem to find “something else wrong.” Needless to say, I now call another company for second opinions. To make matters worse, they constantly cancel appointments — often calling at the last minute when they should already be here. A complete waste of time and money. This company is a joke. Buyer beware.
