They were so helpful and kind. The rental experience was super easy. Zane was very nice and made checking back in easy. Kevin was very kind and helpful in providing directions and guiding me. Thanks to this shop I had a great comfortable experience going to Disney in an EVC.
The power chair I rented was waiting for me when I arrived to our hotel. It was clean and well maintained and a fully charged battery. I was able to use in in Disneyland and California Adventure Park for all day being a bit conservative with the battery life. It made my unplanned left leg surgery much more enjoyable than expected. Communication and reminders to charge and even offering an equipment swap if needed was reassuring and helpful. The customer service was very helpful from the initial reservation through completion of trip. Would definitely use again!
Second time renting from One Stop Mobility and the service and product quality was great. They had our account info stored from the last time we rented so the booking process was super efficient and quick. They were very clear with the pick up and drop off process and the stroller (double stroller) was perfect for our two kids. It’s a bonus that we stayed at the hotel that the business operates out of (Camelot Inn) so that everything was in one place. Stroller was comfortable for the kids and easy to push around. The only request for improvement to the product is to install a cup holder or two, but not the end of the world. Thanks again One Stop!
I’ve used One Stop multiple times whenever we visit California to visit family and for our Disneyland trips. I have always had seamless, smooth experiences each time. I always come back to them because of their value, ease of use, and quality strollers. It’s always so great to have a double stroller for Disneyland and it’s nice and comfortable for the kids!
The wheelchair worked well. It got a little squeaky at times but good. The delivery was prompt and good. I would recommend using One Stop Mobility. Thank you!!
