I’ve been seeing the guys here for the past 4 years both for my car and my wife’s. Excellent service, very fairly priced and often go above and beyond. We’re moving house a bit further away but I’ll definitely keep coming back here for all things automotive.
We had an extremely difficult brief for our MGF and couldn’t find anyone in Newcastle who could source the right tyres or even service it properly. We stumbled across Oneils Broadmeadow and were blown away by their can‑do attitude. Their team has a massive cross‑section of knowledge, and they ended up doing the whole job for us without any fuss. They were professional, informative, and very well‑priced. We’ll now be taking all our cars there and recommending them to everyone. Shout out to "Duncan" for his hours of research.

I had my car serviced by Harsimran, and I’m extremely satisfied with the work. He is very skilled, honest, and takes the time to explain the problem and the solution properly. The job was done on time and at a fair price. Excellent customer service and workmanship. Highly recommended mechanic.
Could not recommend them any more highly! Genuinely excellent service. Bob Jane’s in Newcastle West tried to rip me off, saying my tyre which was perfectly fine, had to be replaced because it was aesthetically damaged, claiming it was structural damage, when it wasn’t. They wouldn’t even take it off to check. The manager there just glanced at it and said we can’t patch it, it’s unrepairable. So I called around, and spoke to Louis from O’Neils Broadmeadow. Assuming at the time that Bob Jane’s wasn’t lying to me, I asked Louis whether he could patch it, and how much a replacement tyre would cost for the same quality tyre. It turns out O’Neils charges $90 less for the same type/quality of tyre compared to Bob Jane’s. So naturally I went to O’Neils Broadmeadow to try and patch, but if I couldn’t, then I could at least save $90 in comparison! So Louis at O’Neils took a look, and it turned out to be a cracked rim, nothing to do with the tyre! Once the cracked rim was sent away and fixed, I came with it back to O’Neils Broadmeadow, with the supposedly damaged tyre; and Louis put the tyre back on free of charge, instead of charging me $15 for an install, which would have still been a bargain even if he did charge. They will now be my go to, and I have recommended them to my friends and family.
