Nick is the best, he came highly recommended. I am the proud owner of a Slingshot and Nick added my lights, my amplifier, speakers and subwoofer. My toy sounds like a live concert.If you are looking for the best audio etc. Then don’t settle for less get the Best. Bring your wheels any wheels to Onsite Audio a family owned business that want let you down. You will be very pleased.
I went there only to ask if they could take a look at the existing wiring for my backup camera. I FIRMLY said, “I DO NOT want you to do work on it, just a Quick Look so I could know if it’s the wires or the camera. After about an hour or so he comes back saying that he tried to repair the broken wires then said the charge was $100.00!Not Good business that doesn’t listen to customers! Reply to owner: My original request was for the tech guy to JUST take a look & see if the wires were still good & if so, to set up the back camera. He did not honor my request! I wasn’t aware that the money I paid would automatically go towards the installation of a new camera! Anyway, after he was finished looking at the wires, I was told he tried to fix the old wires, OMG!! That’s NOT what I requested! 😞Too bad it didn’t work out! I feel like the tech guy should have listened & respected my request to just take a Quick Look, but first communicated that with you, his Boss & this might have not happened! Thank you for your reply anyway. Signed -$100.00 short…😪
Amazing personal service from the owner and employees! Worked with us to get us the unit we needed within the time constraints and budget we had. Worked out the kinks after install and was flexible and fair! Would highly recommend. Will be going back for additional upgrades for our RV systems! Thanks Larry at Onsite!
