Tyler was top notch. Very intellectual and very thorough. Tyler explained everything from start to finish of the project once he finished up his initial observation of the issues that we were having he then took the time to sit me down and walk me through step by step on exactly what our issues were. I would highly recommend Tyler to anyone looking for any kind of electrical work to be done. he spent time walking us through options for us as our home was hit by lightning and walking us through what we could do to make sure that we don't have this major issue again. not once did Tyler come across pushy or aggressive or telling us what to do he sat us down went through our options and helped us understand exactly what we can do to prevent this happening to us again. again I would recommend Tyler and I thank Tyler for his time and detailed work.
On Time is very reliable and stand behind their work. I had a backed up kitchen sink drain and asked them to replace our kitchen faucet. Chase did a great job! He unstopped the drain that was a lot further down the line. The faucet looks really nice and works well.
I wish I could give two ratings, since I have dealt with them twice now and had two wildly different experiences. HVAC services: 5 stars. They came out very quickly and gave me an estimate for both a repair and a whole new unit. After looking around and getting other quotes, theirs turned out to be the best. They did a great job, showed up when they said they would, and were very professional. A+ would recommend Plumbing: zero stars. The service technician quoted me $640.00 for replacing a P trap and fernco coupling. An INSANE price on a very easy 10 minute job. I thought I misheard him at first, but then he sheepishly confirmed that yes, the price was indeed $640. Couldn't even articulate why a job that takes under an hour and costs $20 in material costs as much as a round trip to Europe. He almost seemed embarrassed about it, and he should be. They don't give him any room for negotiation. I fixed the problem myself for $20. I'm done with this company.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with On Time Service and our technician, Art. We needed a major electrical job done, which included installing a new power service box and, most importantly, cleaning up someone else's mistakes from a previous job. Art and his crew were the definition of professional and kind. They were respectful of our home, communicated clearly, and did an amazing job. I was shocked that they were able to get such a complex job in and out in just two days. The quality of their work is outstanding, and it gives us incredible peace of mind. This was honestly money well spent. If you need a reliable, skilled electrician who does things right the first time, I cannot recommend Art and the OnTime Service team highly enough.
Charles did awesome, was on time, professional, communicated clearly and made sure to check everything was perfect before he left. 10/10 would recommend if you need appliances installed after a big corporation says they can’t complete the installation bc they aren’t licensed to do so.
