Ryan and his entire team did an excellent job with the installation of a AC unit. The gentlemen who came on the day of installation were extremely fast and efficient. Ryan answered all my questions and went above and beyond to resolve any issues i had. Excellent all round!
Ryan and his team recently supplied and installed two air con units driven by one condenser (the picture below shows the external unit with a black cage surround which they also supplied and installed) in our office and one of our bedrooms (see also office photo below). We cannot recommend them highly enough. The price was reasonable, they came when they said they would and the installation was undertaken with great care and an aesthetic eye. We would definitely use them again. Well done Optimal Cooling!
Absolutely fantastic company who delivered from the first visit all the way though to completion. Ryan and his team care, have well priced products and are responsive. I love our new AC which was installed with care and effectively. If you need AC on the North West then Optimal Cooling is the company to choose!
Ryan was brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and he cared about which product was best for the space and backed it up with knowledge. He also cared about how they look in the home which was a huge help. Communication / knowledge / speed was all 10/10. You won’t regret using Optimal Cooling, easiest process I’ve ever experienced.
Fantastic service from Optimal Cooling from start to finish. Ryan came out for a quick survey and made some recommendations and provided a decent quote. After approving the quote I was scheduled in and the work was carried out a few weeks later on the agreed date and with no fuss, no mess and no drama. System works well, our house is super cool thanks to the team from Optimal Cooling
