It was quick and wonderful assistance. We are located by the Kenner airport so rodents come into our warehouses very often. I called them July 20. They sent their proposal for the rodent capture/ preventative measures in place / monthly inspections / anytime service .. the next day I believe. Today is July 30. We approved and paid for the proposal Monday, July 28th. The same day, a rodent died in our ceiling. Ron and Timothy came to set down traps, got rid of the rodent that was in the ceiling panel, and handled everything else that was needed. It was a quick and reassuring service. They move on a great timely manner to me. I’m a woman, and for them to handle this issue so immediate was amazing to me. Would choose them every time.
courtesy call before arrival was very helpful to prepare for the inspection, good idea. technician was polite and professional and quick. process was hassle free and explanation of receipt and followup made sense. great job.
Very unprofessional I have a service with Orkin in my restaurant they don’t care about anything once you are in contract with them I have posted a picture of mice trapped in box it’s been already four week no one came to clean that I have been trying to get in touch with some one try to call so many times no response infact I had a sales person who visited to my restaurant not knowing that we already have service with them named Michael woods I showed him a box and he promised that he will send some one for sure next day and he never did he left his visiting card with me and no response they just care how they will get a contract after that they will never response.
