We visited Pittsburgh a few weeks ago for a Steelers game and stopped in just to look around. Noel helped us with absolutely no pressure. Once we returned to Arkansas, I couldn’t stop thinking about the Cartier Tank, so I reached back out to Noel. We handled everything over the phone, and within one day the watch was shipped and arrived on a Saturday. Outstanding service and a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

In my experience, customer service is a dying art form, but Orr's stands out as an exceptional example where top-tier jewelry and watches are retailed in a professional, detail oriented and incredibly kind environment.
