Staff is great, everyone is attentive. Therapists are skilled in Dry Needling and I felt great after my treatments!
The therapist are extremely extraordinary, but the major issue is the outrageously rude, unprofessional, horrific receptionist. Forced me to cancel 4 months of therapy. Because of one person the whole practice loses. SAD 😔
After having trouble with my ankle for years. The doctors and staff at OPT have helped me tremendously. I am so glad to say they did a great job with my therapy. My ankle no longer swells and is no longer in pain. A tremendous relief! Thank you!
If there is anything to say about Orthopedic Physical Therapy and the staff, is that they are absolutely great and very professional. From the moment you walk into the place, Claudia, one of the staff members, makes you feel warm and welcomed, which has made my experience, an amazing one. Especially through this pandemic, they take the proper precautions to make you feel at ease. Three years ago, I was sent to therapy to strengthen my leg, in order to alleviate the pain in my right knee. Dr. Hector Lopez from Sports Medicine Associates of San Antonio recommended therapy and since he knew I was from Laredo, this was one of the locations he had in the list of recommended places. At first I was hesitant in coming to therapy but once I started, I was relieved. Each staff member, like, Dario, Saul, Christina and others, take you through each exercise with such calmness. Even though, sometimes these exercises are grueling and painful, they still make you feel comfortable enough to withstand them. They make you feel like you have your own personal trainer. Now that I’ve had knee surgery and have been sent to therapy again. I’ve decided to come back to Orthopedic Physical Therapy. I am familiar with the process here and even though we are in a pandemic, I know that they have taken all the measures needed for me to feel and be safe. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs any kind of therapy.
Over the course of 11 years due to a back injury I’ve had to attend physical therapy several times and when given the chance(by insurance) I always return to Orthopedic Physical Therapy. The ability to integrate water and gym therapy is the BEST!!!!! Equipment is cleaned as soon as patient is done. The staff are awesome.....courteous, helpful, lively. HIGHLY RECOMMEND OPT to EVERYONE in need of therapy Kathy Franco
