I had a great experience with Sue. I came to her after normally doing my taxes myself and she helped me fix my taxes for this year in minutes. She is knowledgeable, professional, and kind.

My household engaged Susan Kent for our taxes last year. It went smoothly and we recommended Susan to friends, who also recommended her to their friends. There are many great reviews here from previous years. This year was unfortunately the opposite. We found Susan impossible to work with. And, started hearing from friends, and friends of friends, that they were also having poor experiences with Susan. Ultimately six people (so far) in our circle have taken their business elsewhere.

Sue Kent has the expertise and experience. Her work is excellent and timely. My husband and I have been sending our documents online and our communications with Sue are by e-mail and she consistently responds to all our emails in a timely manner. She has noticed this year that my husband was not claiming his RRSP for the first three months of the current calendar year and was able to verify with CRA and he received a cheque for earch of those years. Another wonderful service is that we can pay Sue's invoice by e-transfer! We love it! The invoices are always reasonable considering the amount of additional work we created for her this year! You will not be disappointed with Sue Kent - it's a A-1 service!

Sue Kent as been such a valuable part of my small business accounting and year end taxes for 9 years. She gives the best advice on any questions I have, researching when things are very specific to have the most up to date answers. She helps us understand the ins and outs of our personal and business taxes with care and patient. I always recommend her when my clients are looking for an accountant.
