Update: I’m updating my review. I actually went back a second to get it deeply cleaned but sent my partner. She just wanted to get the wheel well and under carriage cleaned but they upsold her on the detailing with ceramic and claying. They said to fix the water spots it must be clayed. This car is PPF’d and that can be fine but I don’t trust them with that. Also my J fell off. Last time the wool mitts got stuck on the emblem and i’m very sure it fell off there. It was nicely polished as if nothing was there. I now have an “Aguar”. They also didn’t close the hood correctly so my partner drove with the hood half open before noticing. Again, this is just not what I want for a nicer car. There is just too much carelessness and upselling. I got to have the experience for $550. Original Review: They did a fine job but nothing spectacular. It definitely shined but the towels they use left threads on the interior and was stuck on certain pieces of trim. I was also surprised to see some water stains on the bumper and door after the wash.
First time at Pacific Hand Car Wash and I was seriously impressed. I went with the Extra Clean Detail Wash and my SUV came out looking amazing—super clean inside and out, with the tires looking great too. What really stood out was the attention to detail. They clearly took great care of my car and even went the extra mile by attaching the license plate holder my dealer had left in the trunk. Totally unexpected and very appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back. Service was above and beyond. Highly recommend.
Jason and his team at Pacific Hand Car Wash are hands down the best in the business. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, back when it was just their Campbell location but I think I love the SJ location even more. I drive down from the peninsula just to get my car washed because they always take such great care of me. The detail and precision that is put into your wash is unmatched and you know that they put a lot of pride and effort into their work. I’m so grateful for the team at PHCW and couldn’t recommend them enough. When it comes to price, PHCW is definitely on the higher side but it makes sense considering they wash and clean everything by hand, making the time and labor on par with the price. They offer everything from a standard exterior wash to various levels of detailing, waxing and other treatment options as well.
This was hands down the best car wash I’ve ever had! I’ve been to a lot of different car washes in different states, but this one is by far the best. From start to finish, the attention to detail was incredible. They didn’t just do the basics, every single part of the car was spotless, even the small areas most places ignore, like under the hood and around the trim. You can tell Jay and the crew actually care about their work and take pride in making sure the car looks perfect. When I picked up my Bimmer, it honestly looked better than brand new. The paint had a fresh shine, the interior felt spotless, and it just gave me that “wow” feeling driving away. 5 stars overall, and if I could give more, I would. Huge thank you to Jay and the whole team; you’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!
Went back to Pacific Hand Car Wash and I had a fantastic experience once again! From the moment I arrived, the staff was not only friendly, but also incredibly efficient. They greeted me and immediately got to work, ensuring that all the areas of my car that needed extra attention were going to be taken care of. I had not been able to clean my car for a while, and there was a lot of tree sap and bird droppings on my windows. But when they were finished, my car had completely transformed from a mess into something I was proud to drive again :) The attention to detail was amazing and the inside was left spotless. Highly recommend their services to anyone who wants a proper deep cleaning for their car!
