Anna and Jesse did an awesome job! Both were friendly which is always a plus! Definitely recommend.
Apparently this company thinks that it's okay to ambush potential customers in their own yard. And then after being told to cancel, they conveniently "only have documented communication" from one date when they received the first one star review. Then send a balance to collections to send a collection agency after you. Then tell you to talk to the collection agency because it's already sent there. No ma'am. I didn't do anything wrong. I canceled because of dissatisfaction. They say they sent messages. I did not receive any. My last communication was when I cancelled in which case they said it would be cancelled. I left a bad review because of how terrible this company is, and then I get a collection email today. This review will likely be deleted by then or something crazy. Do no do business with these people. They have no integrity and their services don't actually work. Which is why I canceled after the first service. My advice is to also have your attorney on standby to review the collection. She said she would get her supervisor to do more research and call me back. I'm not interested in excuses or lies. I want them to recend their collection they sent off, and not harass me. Which is the only acceptable outcome.
Anna did a great job! I was in a meeting when she came and she immediately got started on the perimeter while I finished. She was patient and answered all questions. Really knowledgeable and again great customer service coming from Palisade! Nick is amazing! He was just coming by to give me an estimate and stayed and provided the complete service. The spiders were so bad that we couldn't even use our front/ back door. Now we can open the door without spiders falling down on us! Would definitely recommend this company as they meet with great customer service, are timely, and thorough. Thank you Nick for all of your help today!
I have had a great experience with palisade so far. They have been servicing my home for almost a year. We have not had any issues with them. The thing I like the most is that my sister is allergic to ants and most companies will only treat the areas closest to the house and not the entire yard. Palisade treats the entire yard. Tyler and Ann are always super friendly and very helpful when they come to the house.
Tyler was very professional and thorough! Thank you for coming back out! Kara was also very good too! Very nice people! Anna came out today for my third treatment. She was super friendly and hit all the areas I had concerns about. We have noticed a considerable difference in bugs and spiders since signing up with you guys. I can actually sit outside and enjoy it! Thank you!
