I would highly recommend Pam. She is not only skilled in what she does, she is welcoming, warm, funny, attentive, knowledgeable, trustworthy. I came to her after not exercising frequently and feeling a lot of tightness/pain. She emphasizes good form and working on corrective exercises to help what you’re going through. Pam freaking ROCKS and is totally AWESOME! She literally has me feeling strong from the inside out! And the weight loss is just a perk! Pam has been training me for about 3 months now. I was looking for a personal trainer because I’ve fallen off from working out regularly and was feeling like 💩. My back, shoulder and hips were in pain (and I’m only in my mid-30’s!). My posture was starting to become terrible. My sedentary job was not helping. Pam is very forthright and passionate about helping people. Under her guidance, I’ve lost several percentage of body fat and have strengthen my muscles. Not only am I in less pain, but my physique has greatly improved! My glutes have never looked so perky 🤩 I’m now going 5-6 weeks between my chiropractic appointments (before, I was going almost every week). Pricing is very reasonable. She usually trains 2-3 people during the same appointment slot. We all have our own individual plans that we follow under her guidance. Everyone has been very friendly and kind. Few times I needed to change my appointment due to work/life and she has been very flexible. I feel so much better, physically and mentally! Thank you, Pam! 😄
I have been training with Pam for almost two months now and have been enjoying my workouts immensely. I actually discovered Pamela Young Fitness around October 2023 however wasn't quite ready to get back into the gym again but when I recently realized "now I'm ready" I remembered Pam and reached out to her. I don't believe it's too soon to say, along my physical fitness journey, that Pam's corrective fitness program is just the start of a transformative period in my life and I'm just so grateful and happy to have re-discovered her business and be welcomed in by her with open arms!
Pam is such an amazing trainer!! She really knows her stuff and creates personalized routines based on each client's unique fitness needs. I started seeing results after only a month of working out, and feel so much better as a result of Pam's training! Pam is so friendly and fun to work out with, and so accommodating when scheduling appointments. Highly recommend!!
