My dog Rupert stayed at the Pampered Pets Resort every time I went on a holiday. He knew as soon as we started driving into the hills that he was destined for adventure at the PPR and would start crying and whimpering with complete excitement until we arrived, only to pull on the lead when he hopped out the car. The owners are completely obsessed with dogs and truly treat your pooch with care. The first time my boy stayed they called me within 1 hour asking if it was normal that my dog didnt want to move off the bed. I told them he had a fear of different flooring and they consequently put mats down for him so he could be more comfortable. Since his first visit it remained his favourite place. They centralise their care structure on social enrichment and their knowledge on social dog dynamics is just shy of scientific! (i had a fascinating chat about it all with one of the owners). It was also wonderful that on larger holidays upon collection Rupert would be smelling beautiful from their departure bath. My boy stayed with them 2 months before he passed away and the PPR were so kind to me and went above and beyond in helping me with trying to help him regain an appetite prior to his passing when he wasnt even staying at the resort. It was truly outstanding how kind they were. There is no better place to look after your pooch than the Pampered Pets Resort. 10 stars! Not 5!
I've been talking my dogs they're for years - they're always happy to go and come back happy, well fed and clean. Phil, Louise and the team always take such good care of them
We (and most importantly our chihuahua, Mani) have always been extremely happy with everything at the resort. Friendly and accommodating staff. Our other dog who had special health requirements was also looked after with care and attention.
Completely awesome! Very happy dog staying there, she was so clean & fluffy when I got her, and Phil & Louise are warm, lovely people. No worries in leaving beloved pooch in their care!
We have used Pampered Pets to board our very special pet Cairn Terrier Willow over the past 2 years on many occasions. We have found the personalized service we have received every time from Phil Louise and Sarah, has been outstanding. Prior to boarding Willow with Pampered Pets, Phil and Louise set up a time for us to view the kennels and we were most impressed with everything we saw from the sleeping quarters to the exercise area etc Our Willow has had short stays of only a few days at a time and on 2 occasions up to 7 weeks. Each and every time she has been looked after and treated extremely well and we have always picked her up in excellent condition after her stay. We know that Willow receives the very best attention we could ever expect and also lots of love and important exercise during her stays. We always say when we arrive to drop her off at Pampered Pets that if she could talk to us during the trip up to Montacute she would be saying “are we there yet” She can’t wait to get inside to start her stay and very importantly the staff give her a very warm welcome. We already have Willow booked in for a 6 night stay before Christmas and I’m sure she is counting down the days to be back there. We have no hesitation in giving Phil and Louise and their staff our highest recommendation for boarding your beloved pets. We simply would not go anywhere else. We look forward to many years of boarding friendship. Well done Phil,Louise and staff. 🐶🐶
