I've played all the rooms here and had a great time with all of them! I played Pirates tonight which was the last room I had to complete here, and Heather and Meiriona were great game hosts. The staff are always friendly and answer any questions. They offer discounts on the website, so if you're looking to knock out some escape rooms in the Austin area, give this one a try!
This escape room was awesome, as someone who genuinely enjoys challenging my mind, I’d say it was so worth it. The only thing that makes this experience a 4 star is simply the staff. Nothing was wrong with them, however I would love if they could have been slightly more excited for everyone and pumped up. Then again, you don’t go to escape rooms for the staff, so it’s not a huge complaint. I highly recommend the Cartel Crackdown, that one was amazing!
We came in and played the cartel room and I have to be honest I wasn’t impressed from the moment we stepped in the door. Our game master wasn’t very excited we were there and didn’t really make us excited to start our game. The room itself was very linear.. you had to solve one clue to figure out the next. We beat the room with 2 of us with 18 minutes left and once we beat the room a different game master came in vs the one we started with. She wasn’t very excited either that we made it out, she asked us if we had any questions even though we made it out with time to spare but didn’t even offer us like hey we have other rooms we would love to see you again or ever offered to take a picture of us. For spending $130 I wish our experience was as good as the others.
Booked a room (Wizard Trials) for a fun team building/work event. Was easy to find, parking was great, and the staff member on site was really nice, explained all the rules/guidelines to all of us as we had some participants that had never done an escape room before. The actual room was really cool. The decorations and puzzles were fun, everyone on the team was able to figure something out and work together to move through all the puzzles. Being able to get lots of hints was great too. Overall, definitely would come again for another escape room.
Came with a group of co-workers and we had a lot of fun. We got stuck a few times but you can get clues. They have different rooms with a variety of skill levels. There are lockers to hold belongings, clean bathrooms and drinks like soda and water are available to purchase. Check the website to get discounts when booking online.
