Awesome place for great service, and delicious Itslian food! Wonderful selections of food and wine. We really enjoyed our visit.
I started my evening with a beautiful Negroni Rosa — perfectly balanced, bright, and the perfect way to begin the night. For my entrée, I enjoyed the elk, served sous-vide style with a blackberry jam. It was absolutely exceptional — tender, flavorful, and paired flawlessly with a glass of Barolo. Truly one of the most memorable dishes I’ve had in a long time. To finish, I had the best tiramisu I’ve ever tasted, along with an espresso martini that was rich, smooth, and the perfect end to the meal. I also want to mention Bryan, who was genuinely one of the best servers I’ve ever had — attentive, knowledgeable, warm, and an absolute pro. He elevated the entire experience. From start to finish, the evening was beyond belief. Thank you, Panzano, for an outstanding meal. I can’t wait to return.
One of our favorite restaurants to dine at in Denver. We ordered the Brussel sprouts for appetizers and then the Halibut for mains. Both were great. Brussel sprouts were a bit on the saltier side but we still enjoyed it. The halibut is always cooked really well here. What I like about the place is that the service matches the food quality. Sometimes restaurants have great food but bad service because they think too much of themselves. Not Panzano. Chris was our server on Thanksgiving eve and he was amazing! Even the other staff bringing out the food were awesome. Oh and I forgot about the Tiramisu! Delicious. Please stay humble Panzano!
We stopped in for a quick drink at the bar. The drinks are very good! The fried lobster bite thing was good too! Will be back to try more of the food and drinks.
I went to Panzano by myself as a treat while at a conference in Denver. As a grad student, I was already stretching my budget. The food was rich and delicious (highly recommend the tiramisu). I sat at the counter and interacted with the chefs (who provided some tasters) and my waiter was beyond kind (walked through menu and treated me on dessert). The perfect treat and filling meal. Favorite part of downtown Denver so far!
