I used them for both my business and personal taxes, and I had a great experience. Tiffany was very knowledgeable in tax law and took the time to explain my options so I could choose the best way to file. I felt well informed throughout the process. I also appreciated how easy everything was to get done on my part, and I will definitely use their services again.
I’ve had a terrible experience. I was referred to this firm by my old CPA and it’s been awful. I was ignored for WEEKS when asking and trying to follow up about filing my taxes, and the day after the deadline I get an email stating that an extension was filed. Since my taxes were filed I’ve been notified 3 times by the IRS that I have missing info/forms. Once being that I had to make an additional payment of 2500$ and it was due the next week. When I sent it to Tiffany she confirmed it was an oversight on their part. As a small business owner I told her from the beginning that I am not tax-savvy and would need help navigating the new structure of my business which she assured me she’s do but it’s been nothing but headaches. I’ve spent thousands for her team to do my taxes and feel like I got zero help. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
Paramount has an awesome team of tax professionals. When I had several years to file Tiffany and team had the software and knowledge to take care of all my needs. I could not have done that on my own. They are very friendly and customer service oriented. I would highly recommend this tax service to anyone I know.
Our previous tax preparer left the business and referred my wife and I to P T & B! The team worked well with us, answered our questions thoroughly and were great with communication! The best tax experience so far! Highly recommend!
