I had my appointment with Micky and the experience was amazing from start to finish! The customer service is top-tier — I felt so welcomed and almost like part of the salon staff with how friendly everyone was. They even offered drinks and lunch! My hair has looked better every day since my service, and Micky was incredible about explaining pre- and post-care for my extensions. Truly such a great experience — I can’t recommend Parlour Hair Enhancement enough. If you’re looking for extensions in Philadelphia or any of the surrounding areas, this is the only place I’d recommend!
i made the trip from upstate new york for k tip extensions… but it turned out to be so much more. the space was grounding, the energy welcoming, and every detail was cared for with SUCH intention. with probably the thickest hair of them all, micky jammed out for hours on end to install with nothing but jokes and check ins to make sure i was wildly comfortable. i was turned into a literal mermaid. micky listened, explained, and matched my hair with such precision - ending with the most blended beautiful cut. she didn’t just give me a new look, she gave me a homecoming. i was walked through every step, making sure it was everything i wanted (and more). the result? i saw the woman i’ve been waiting to become - worth the trip a thousand times overrrr. the experience was transformative in ways you can’t fully explain until you’re in that chair yourself. micky, i’m endlessly grateful. jacob, your salon and team are a dream, bravoOoOo. thank you again for the initial consult. see you for the next install. x
I had the absolute honor of being a model for Micky, and this experience was so much more than just “getting my hair done.” It felt like a powerful return to myself… something I didn’t realize I needed so deeply after becoming a mom. Since giving birth, my hair hasn’t felt the same, and to have it back, even just for a few months, has been nothing short of therapeutic. This wasn’t just a service, it was an experience. I traveled all the way from Richmond, VA, and let me tell you: it was worth every single dime. I had never made such a significant cosmetic investment in myself before, and I’m so grateful I don’t regret a second of it. The process was seamless: a virtual consultation, then an in-person appointment to perfectly match my color and texture. From the moment we started, Micky was intentional, attentive, and warm. She took the time to talk through my questions and made me feel seen, heard, and completely at ease. I didn’t have many concerns… but if I had, I know I’d have felt comfortable bringing them up. She truly made me feel like a queen for the day. I burst into tears when I saw the finished result. This was more than hair, it was healing. I will never forget this experience or the gift Micky gave me. If you’ve been on the fence, this is your sign: just book the appointment. You won’t regret it.
Jacob and this whole experience was AMAZING!!!! Once I got there, he made sure to listen to exactly what I wanted and my hair goals. The color match was absolutely perfect and I didn’t even think that was possible with all the different shades of my blonde hair. The process took about 7 hours total but it flew by! The customer service was incredible as Jacob and his amazing assistant got me coffee AND lunch! He also made sure to ask me if I wanted water, and provided endless snacks! You can tell he keeps his clients in mind for the best experience. Once I was finished, he made sure to tell me all of the aftercare for the extensions and answered all of the questions i had. The end result was AMAZING i couldn’t believe it was my new hair! In addition to the 7 hours, he then styled it to whatever I wanted. You seriously couldn’t even tell I was wearing extensions. I 1000x recommend going to Jacob - he was so so knowledgeable and you can tell he’s so passionate about his work.
I have been going to Jacob and Micky since July. After years with my previous stylist I was having issues with hair growth and being happy with the install and end look. Jacob and Micky met with me and listened to my concerns and guided me to the right decision. After a few months, I went for my removal and reinstall and to my surprise my hair grew a nice amount and felt so much healthier. I went back for my 2nd install this week and Micky did an AMAZING job. She really cares about her work and making sure I was happy with the progress along the way. The install can be long but Jacob and Micky make everything so comfortable. From drinks to lunch and hours of Grey’s Anatomy, we had a blast! Thanks you both for everything - you guys are perfection!!
