We had a fantastic experience working with Bryan and his team for our annual trade show, Shop! MarketPlace, held at the Charlotte Convention Center April 8-10 2025. From the moment they arrived at the registration desk, they hit the ground running with virtually no learning curve. They quickly integrated into our team, showing professionalism, initiative, and a willingness to help wherever needed. I was especially impressed when Bryan stepped in to assist some attendees struggling with registration—switching seamlessly to Spanish to help them out. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture! I would absolutely love to work with them again.
We hired Paschal Events to staff our annual meeting registration desk at the Charlotte Convention Center. Bryan, Lisa and team were top-notch and we couldn't have asked for better partners. My spouse and I just got home from a multi-day all class reunion with 400ish attendees. Paschal Events was the backbone that kept us all enjoying ourselves every day in Charlotte - from a large catered dinner to more casual events around town, Pascal Events was there ensuring we were all well fed and entertained the entire time. They took care of the details so we could enjoy catching up with each other. Cannot wait to see what they help us come up with the next time our school gets back together!
Pascal Events is the real deal, and I would recommend them for any event. Bryan Pascal is great to work with and really helped in guiding us in the planning. He's been in the business a while, and he was able to answer any question I threw at him, and was able to provide insights to avoid any calamity the day of the event :) He makes things happen, and we will definitely use his company again.
