We took a family holiday overseas and it was the first break we’d ever taken without the dogs. I was nervous. I didn’t like the idea of a kennel. I was so glad to find Paws Academy! It was a home away from home and the dogs ended up having their own lovely holiday too! With daily walks, healthy food, photos sent each day, doggy day care, and the ability to be part of a home and family where they were comfortable and loved. As an unexpected bonus, we also now get invited to some fabulous dog parties too! Here’s a snap from the recent Christmas party where there was a food table with dog snacks, pup presents, dog cake and Santa photos! So much fun! You can tell this isn’t just a business but a labour of love, energy and community.
I have left my dog in the care of Kristy whilst away multiple times and I can’t express how much better it feels when you know you are dropping your dog off to a place that is a home away from home for them. He is always so excited to stay with her and often doesn’t even say goodbye when he gets to the door because he is so keen for his holiday. Kristy takes great care and updates me regularly about what activities they get up to together and I can’t stress enough how great Kristy is with not only the service she provides but also the passion she has for animals.
My little floof was well looked after and lots of updates throughout the time he was there. Also came back cleaner then I left him. ◡̈
I travel a lot for work and needed somewhere my spoodle Luna (2 years old) could feel at home. Kennels weren’t an option. Then I found Paws Academy ….. and I’ve never looked back. This place is doggie 5-star luxury. Fresh meals, clean water, fun games, and the comfiest bed. The moment my car pulls up, Luna is ready to leap out and run inside like she owns the place. Huge thanks to Conan and Eddie who care for her like she’s their own. Paws Academy really is a home away from home for dogs.
