Lovely! Our girl always comes out looking neat and smelling fresh during pickup time. We’ve been going here for over a year now and we couldn’t be happier with their services. The one-on-one grooming sessions are what drew us here because we didn’t want our pup to wait hours in the holding area before getting her turn, they’re pricier than your usual grooming services as expected with one-on-one grooming but it’s well worth the money considering she’s treated marvelously and she doesn’t stay any longer than required to get things done! There’s also cute little photo-ops with seasonal backgrounds, pamper your pet and give this place a try! ♡
Such an amazing experience and the gal who owns the shop is very knowledgeable and super friendly towards the human customers as well as the fur babies. Being the mom of a hairless kitty, I am always on the lookout for clothes and her shop has, by far the best selection and everything is so reasonably priced! So glad to have found this place and will definitely be going back. A little embarrassing but my first visit their my debit card was not working and the owner was willing to hold all the items that I had picked out for several days until I could get back to her shop to pay and retrieve them! That definitely would not have happened at 99% of other stores and if I could give her 10 Stars I would!
I left one groomer and switched to this one on the way they handle my pet and their attitude towards customers. Very friendly. They ask questions and try to get the cut right. I've been 3 times and on the third because 2 weeks after his service my dog began chewing his side nail until it came off. I didn't know how serious it was but since they do his nails I took him back to them when he began chewing the other side. They re-clipped and advised me to use his collar so he couldn't chew. I guess I was too excited to remember he even had a collar! Anyway, it was good advice and they didn't charge me. And then he rolled in something stinky and needed a quick bath, and they were able to fit him in. The other place didn't even ask me how I wanted his hair cut and seemed to expect me to come back! Paws also has a huge selection of pet gear for sale.
i love bringing jasper here. they always do an amazing job & meet your needs down to the details. he always comes out looking & smelling wonderful. this is definitely our go-to spot for grooming!
Katie did such a great job with my dog! The picture of him in the blue chair is right before I took him and the picture of him with the Halloween decorations is when I picked him up. Katie was very gentle with him and made sure he was comfortable. (The pictures below are the before and after grooming with Katie). Update: I went back and unfortunately Katie no longer works there. So, I went with Annabel. To start, google took me to the wrong location and I showed up a little late. I offered to reschedule with them but still pay a late fee so it wouldn’t be a complete waste, but Annabel said that it was okay and took my dog back. When I arrived to pick him up, I immediately noticed she did not trim him the way I had asked, she left his hair on his ears long instead of cutting it short. So, that was irritating because that showed she didn’t listen. Then, when I get home, I noticed a fresh cut on his leg, so I had to go to the vet to get that checked and she confirmed it was from grooming equipment (he did not have that cut when I dropped him off, I always check). Furthermore, I go to trim his nails a couple weeks later and he starts pulling his paws away, not wanting me to touch his paws and he’s NEVER behaved that way. I just did not appreciate how Annabel treated my dog. The owner is sweet and apologized but Annabel trimmed him unevenly, and didn’t listen to what I wanted. Also, within a few minutes of my dog being taken back, I could see on the cameras she was already blow drying him. There’s no way she gave my dog a bath that quick and actually did a good job. I was very disappointed with my second visit and probably won’t be back. Which is unfortunate because the owner is a very sweet lady.
