Kathy is the absolute best! She went above and beyond for our two dogs while we were out of the state on vacation for New Years. She constantly kept me in the loop with daily text message check ins and photos. She was so easy to communicate with anytime I needed to reach out. We have cameras in the house and were able to watch her interact with our pets daily and she not only took care of feeding them twice a day and walking them, but gave them so much love and even played fetch with our tiny puppy. The dogs were genuinely excited to see her throughout the day and she made them both feel so loved. When our flight was cancelled unexpectedly, she stepped right back in and took care of the dogs beyond our original contracted time while we focused on figuring out how to get back home. Despite the craziness of that travel day - Kathy made it so much easier because we knew our four legged family members were being cared for.
Kathy has done a wonderful job of taking care of our two cats, Matcha and Phoebe during two trips (one 4-day trip and one 6-day trip). She is so easy and pleasant to work with, a great communicator and makes us feel so at ease while traveling, knowing that the kitties and our home are in good hands. She asks thoughtful questions about both of our cats’ habits and routines and takes the time to play with them during each visit. Our playful Phoebe adored her and we loved seeing our shy Matcha warm up to her more each day, as evidenced by the photos Kathy shared! We returned home to happy cats both times. I feel so much better about planning travel now that we found Kathy. I highly recommend her services!
Kathy took exceptional care of my cats Bo and Snowball last year while I was out of state for a month. Bo is typically shy and hides in the closet but he took to her, left the closet and regularly interacted with her. She went out of her way to spend quality time with them daily. Her communication is excellent and she provided daily updates with pictures. Bo got sick while I was away, she took him to the vet and called me so I could speak with the vet for the entirety of the visit and know exactly what was going on. Afterwards she spent additional time with him daily to make sure he was improving and doing well. He doesn't like taking medication and she immediately took the initiative to buy meat to ensure he took the full course of his medication. Kathy was the only one I trusted to take care of my cats in my absence and she is still the only one I'd trust. A 5 star review doesn't give justice for everything she did and if I could I'd rate her higher.
My 2 pups had a great time with Kathy! Leaving them at home instead of boarding was so much better for my dogs. Kathy took such great care of them; very reliable and trustworthy. My senior dog didn’t miss his pills, and my 7 month old puppy got lots of playtime with Kathy! We loved the daily photo updates too! Definitely recommend Pawsitively Reliable Pet Service and will call Kathy again when we’re out of town.
Pawsitively Reliable Pet Service saved the day! After another pet sitter didn’t work out and left my dog home alone and my key under the doormat while I was away, Kathy swooped in. She went to my home, gathered my puppy’s supplies, secured my home, and took her in for the remainder of my trip. When my dog started not feeling well, I received incredible communication, updates and reassurances. Pawsitively Reliable Pet Service is reliable, caring, trustworthy and has great communication, on top of being experienced on how to handle various situations. Our family feels incredibly lucky to have found Kathy.
