I’m writing this review because I had one of the most disappointing and misleading dental experiences of my life at this office. The night before Thanksgiving, I called because my front tooth had completely fallen out. I explained my situation clearly and asked exactly how much it would cost to “stabilize the tooth.” The dentist told me the total would be $460, and I made it very clear that I only had about $500 available. He never mentioned that there would be any additional charges. When I arrived the next day, he repeated the $460 price and insisted on taking an X-ray, even after I said I didn’t want anything unnecessary. I sat in the chair for about one minute, he took the X-ray, and then charged me $446. Only after charging me did he tell me that actually gluing/stabilizing the tooth would cost almost $700. At that moment, I didn’t have that money. I had to stand there in the office calling multiple people, trying to borrow enough just to get the tooth fixed. Eventually, after a lot of pressure, he lowered it to $580, which I paid through a bank transfer. In total, I ended up paying $1,026 for what should have been a simple temporary fix. If he had been honest about the cost from the beginning, I would have never agreed to the treatment there. I only proceeded because he waited until after charging me to reveal the real price, leaving me in a vulnerable situation where I felt forced to pay. I later visited another dentist who was shocked at how much I had been charged. What makes this even worse is that the dentist chose to take advantage of that moment instead of building trust. I just completed my front-tooth implant with another dentist for $7,000 — money he could have earned if he had been honest and transparent with me. Instead, he preferred short-term gain and lost a long-term patient. This experience felt extremely dishonest and completely non-transparent. No patient should be surprised with hidden fees after paying, especially during an emergency. I’m writing this so others don’t go through what I did.
Dr. Aryan saw me for an emergency Sunday appointment for a bad tooth ache. He was very professional and helped figure out a plan. He didn't push anything aggressive and gave me options for conservative or more immediate fixes. I really appreciate his professionalism and help.
Dr. Sonny Aryan saved my life! I broke my front tooth and chipped the two adjacent teeth and was absolutely out of sorts. Dr. Aryan came in on emergency on a Sunday afternoon and completely restored the teeth. He was very professional and explained the process every step of the way. I can’t explain the relief I feel now. Thank you Dr. Aryan. I highly recommend.
Needing an emergency extraction on a Friday evening is near impossible. So many “referral services” acting as a dental office. Dr Aryan was prompt, very professional, and helped me out when no one else would/could. It’s an upfront service with payment so know you plan, he provided everything I would need for reimbursement. So happy to have seen him. One less tooth, and one less worry. Thank You!
Can I tell you what an absolute scam this "dental practice" is? I had a filling pop out and wasn't sure how serious it was. My dentist wasn't open til Monday so I came in here. First, he deploys a lot of scare tactics to get you into the chair. His "initial exam" is >$200 out of pocket and then he uses it to convince you that you MUST fix the tooth ASAP. I had a cavity but no pain but he told me if I waited 2 days to see my actual dentist that the tooth would get infected. So after scaring the crap out of me, he gets me into the chair (not before making me pay up-front for the work...scammy) and removes the cavity and puts in a filling. He tells me that he has to drill super close to the nerve to get the cavity and that I might have to come back to get a root canal in a few weeks. Well, a month into having the most sensitive tooth of my life and messed up bite alignment, I start having the worst toothache that radiates throughout my jaw--unable to sleep, eat or do-anything-kind-of-stabbing-pain. So I go to my actual dentist who confirms an infection and sends me to my endodontist. My endodontist tells me, very taken aback, that this guy put the filling on top of the nerve. I had to get a root canal and my endodontist told me that I had a bad infection on that tooth and nerve. So now I'm on antibiotics, nice. I will be reporting this man and his practice. I did a lot more research into him and his practice and saw that he changes the name of the business to avoid bad reviews. Also if you look at Yelp, his good reviews are based on what looks like him buying an existing practice that did great work ten years ago. If you change the filter to newest reviews first, it's a series of bad reviews. Same on Google. Just to note, on top of the >$200 initial exam, he charged me $1500 for the filling. Again, he's so sketchy that he makes you pay for everything up front. Don't ignore the voice in your head telling you this feels super scammy.
