Peak View Roofing installed a new EPDM roof on my home a couple years ago. They did a great job, cleaned up all the debris from the old roofing materials and were very professional to work with. And they stand by their warranty. I am very happy to work with Peak View Roofing. I would recommend them for your residential roofing requirements.
I live in an apartment building where they just redid the roof. They didn’t cover my balcony with tarp or anything to protect it, so my balcony, furniture, and outdoor rug were covered in pieces of roofing. They dropped trash from the roof down into the trees by my building and left it there for us to look at out the window. They also didn’t protect the opening to the vent fan in my bathroom so tons of pieces of roofing came through the vent all over my bathroom and now the fan is broken and making a loud sound. Maybe they would provide more care if doing work for a homeowner, but I think that’s pretty poor workmanship.
Our project manager, Dave Cain, was great to work with. We needed a new roof and were filing our first insurance claim and Dave was very kind and patient in how he sat down and explained the process and the paperwork with us. He took time to walk the roof with the adjuster and was excellent in his followup. When it was time for the work to start, the roofing crew was there on time and made pretty quick work of the installation. The same was true for the crew installing the seamless gutters. They too showed up early and had them installed in one day. When all the work was finished, Dave helped us settle things with the insurance company. We highly recommend PeakView Roofing and Dave (in particular) if you're ever in need of a new roof, repairs and/or gutters.
Rob was a great project manager. Martín and his crew did a very excellent job. They even went above and beyond on some items that were not necessary but because of the look of the finished product they wanted to make sure it was perfect! I asked a trusted custom home builder friend what roofing company to use, he said Peak View Roofing. Now I can say personally they work hard to maintain the reputation of being the best. Thank you! Peak View Roofing did an amazing job when replacing our roof! The crew arrived on time or earlier and worked hard all day and into the evening. They finished the job sooner than expected and the quality is top notch! I recommended them to a couple of neighbors who have also been very pleased!
