First time furniture purchaser! I had the most amazing service at Perfect Home Furniture, a Sandra provided unreal service from the second my husband and I walked through the door. We were greeted within 5 minutes, provided the space and time to walk through the show room, and provided information on everything we inquired about. She never pressured us and really took the time to understand our needs. A shout out to the delivery driver (I forgot his name - Keith?) super friendly, polite and punctual. There was a hiccup with the sectional ordered, but it was resolved within 30 mins. The service we received here is unmatched. I have nothing but good things to say. Will definitely be returning for all our furniture needs.
We had an excellent experience at Perfect Home Furniture thanks to Moe Kabalan. He helped us pick out our dream sectional (a floor model at a great deal), along with two armchairs, an extended loveseat, and a coffee table. Moe was the perfect salesperson for the job- very knowledgeable, helpful, but not pushy. We’re looking forward to receiving the furniture and will update once it arrives, but so far the experience has been fantastic. Thanks again to Moe and the team at Perfect Home Furniture!
I would like to start by giving praise to Andrea at Perfect Home. Andrea has been professional, punctual, and easy to work with. I have gone to her on three separate occasions for pieces of furniture for my new home and she has been spectacular to work with. Andrea was great to work with because she put effort into helping me design the space by providing recommendations and another perspective (I’m a guy so I’m aesthetically challenged). I’ve made purchases in-person and online (they will send you a secure payment link if working directly with a design consultant) both are quick and seamless. I’ve also had furniture delivered and I’ve been to the Airdrie warehouse for pickup. Both have clear communication and are easy to navigate, I’ve had no issues what so ever. The three pieces that I have purchased through Perfect Home are: 1) Kipper 5 piece sectional sofa - I’ve had this for three months now and it has been amazing to lounge on. Very comfortable and is popular when I host events. 2) Citak Vista Forrest Mix rug - just picked this up at and so far it’s great to stand on, compliments well into my space. 3) Cariton Rectangular coffee table - also just picked this up, easy to follow instructions to assemble and I’m really liking how it fits into the space so far. Overall my experience at Perfect Home has been positive. If you’re considering new furniture I would recommend to stop in! I know when I’m ready for my next piece I will for sure be back.
After much searching for the perfect chair for our our living room, I stumbled across Perfect Home. I have purchase a lot of furniture over the years and could not be more pleased with the experience I had with Perfect Home. While there are a number of on-line furniture stores, nothing compares to being able to see, feel and touch your purchase. Our sales associate was awesome in terms of no pressure but so helpful. We opted to pick our item up from their warehouse. The team at the warehouse was spectacular in terms of calling us for pickup, helping to load the item. The warehouse and office was clean and the people pleasant. All around a great experience. Our chair is comfortable and great quality.
We just purchased a recliner couch for our home and I couldn’t be happier. Lori was the person helping us and I can’t say enough about how amazing she is. She is a wealth of knowledge and went over and above to truly understand our space and our needs. We ordered the couch and it was delivered 2 days later. The delivery guys were very friendly and helpful. The couch is incredible quality. I will shop at Perfect home for all of my furniture in the future and recommend them to everyone.
