We chose Perfect Moment Photography and Video to be our videographers for our wedding in November last year. Jeffrey the manager was fantastic to work with, he was always fast at getting back to us and helped us with organising everything. The timeline of the day went very smoothly. Our videographer Morry was so lovely and made us feel at ease. We received our wedding video very quickly and are so happy with the results!! Thank you to the whole team.
I would highly recommend Perfect Moment Photography and Video for capturing your special day or event. My partner and I had a registry wedding and chose to have additional photographs taken outdoors among greenery, as well as along the wharf and waterfront. Our photographer, Ray, was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He made our day even more memorable by capturing absolutely stunning photos of our family and friends during and after the ceremony. When we received our images, we were thrilled with the results and could not fault them in any way. Our friends and family love them just as much. Jeffrey from Perfect Moment Photography and Video was also excellent to deal with. He communicated clearly, professionally, and promptly throughout the entire process. Once again, I highly recommend Perfect Moment Photography and Video and would not hesitate to suggest them to anyone looking for exceptional service and beautiful photography.
Nick and I are both very happy with our wedding photos. Our photographer Mo was fantastic at directing us and produced great photos of what we wanted and more. The process of organising everything with Jeffrey was easy and we felt that it was a great price for the quality of service. Thank you :) p.s. Mo also had to work around a pool and a wharf, which he did really well!
Perfect Moment Photography and Video are just incredible. From start to finish Jeffrey and the team have been amazing to communicate with and have been so helpful whenever we had questions. I'll break the review down in parts so that future couples can easily access the review they need. TLDR: Amazing company, Amazing Team, Amazing Photos and Videos. Perfect choice for anyone having a wedding especially budget conscious couples. Photography: Absolutely incredible, we ended up with the most amazing candid photos and the staged ones look also just as amazing! They perfectly captured every single moment of the day. To say that the photographer we had went above and beyond is an understatement. Min was almost like a rocket, racing around to capture the best angles and she made sure to capture every single moment perfectly. There was not a single photo that I didn't love. Videography: Again, absolutely amazing! We ended up with three incredible videos: social reel (0:54), highlights reel (4:01) and a full day edit (1:07:11). Ray was so incredibly thorough to make sure every single part was captured on film. I have watched all videos around 3-4 times at least now and I love every single part! Ray had one stationary camera set up for the ceremony and roamed with another. Not a single angle was missed. One part of our highlights reel needed to be adjusted (at no fault of Perfect Moment, just personal request) and Jeffrey was so helpful to make sure we were 100% happy with the final product. Communication: Absolutely incredible, not a single moment did I feel unsure about booking with Perfect Moment Photography and Videography. Their communication was brilliant, so quick and easy. Price: Perfect Moment were incredibly reasonably priced. From the moment you access the website their packages and prices are clearly displayed. There is no hidden costs or walls you have to go through to find out if Perfect Moment suit your budget. They were the absolute best deal we found during our research and honestly so glad I went with them over a more expensive company. My friends had gone with other companies who charged way more than Perfect Moment and they had multiple issues. There was absolutely no issues or worries with Perfect Moment. We were told about Perfect Moment from friends who had used them last year and they could not suggest them enough. We will also do the same! They were absolutely incredibly and I will always suggest Perfect Moment Photography to anyone getting married!
Amazing team, from the Enquiries to the Wedding day Jeffrey and his team were perfect! The adapted to any situation and produced amazing photos and videos of our special day.
