We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner! From start to finish, Aldrian went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. He had the perfect recommendations for vendors, he was always making sure we had everything we wanted and needed. He was incredibly organised, calm, and professional, yet so warm and easy to talk to. Whenever things got stressful, he was solutions and reassurance. On the day itself, everything ran seamlessly. Of course every wedding has a little hiccup but we didn’t have to worry about a single thing, and we were able to just enjoy the moment. Our family and friends kept commenting on how beautiful and well-organized everything was, and that’s all thanks to Aldrian. I couldn’t recommend him more highly. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and will make your vision come to life, He is the one to go to! Perfect Story Weddings was something I never knew we needed. Last March 2025, my wife and I held our wedding in Canberra, and everything went well as planned, stress free, memorable, and just perfect! As the groom, I initially questioned my fianceé if we really needed a wedding coordinator as we were trying to reduce spending as much as we can for our wedding. My bride-to-be insisted that it is mandatory and I never understood her at the time. I then agreed to reach out to Aldrian just to see what the services can offer and if it is really worth what you pay for. Oh boy, I am proud to say that I was wrong and I am glad that we took Aldrian as our wedding coordinator. He was more than happy to fly all the way to Canberra from Brisbane. The services provided were worth more than what you actually pay for! Aldrian was super detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that you will have the best time of your life. The minute he offered us to host our event, we grabbed the opportunity in an instant! We could’t imagine it with anyone else. Aldrian’s services included the following: * Consultation plus recommendation * Time to time virtual meetings * Follow-up’s with vendors * Final meeting * Checklists and run-sheets * Ensuring that everything goes as planned and on time Aldrian even flew to Canberra days earlier with his team to get to know us better and to accompany our wedding videographer to do a shoot. Before our wedding, we were at peace as we knew that everything was aligned and we were not forgetting anything. Plus, the fact that Aldrian has this very positive energy gave us the feeling that everything will be okay. During our wedding day, everything was just going accordingly then Aldrian caught us surprised when he even gave us snacks as he knew that we wouldn’t have time to grab a bite and we needed energy to fully enjoy our wedding. During that day, I said to my wife “I knew you were always right, thank God we’ve got Aldrian”. Most importantly, what I appreciate the most was Aldrian made sure that my wife wouldn’t stress about anything else on our wedding day and to just enjoy the moment. I don’t think words are enough to express how thankful we are. But if you are hesitant in hiring a wedding coordinator, I highly suggest you take the perfect story. Wow, what can I say about Ian? He has been absolutely amazing! We reached out to Ian last December after my partner suggested getting a wedding coordinator to help with the process. I was a bit skeptical since we had already done most of the planning, but I am so grateful we decided to bring him on board. Ian went above and beyond not only before the wedding but also in the lead-up. He checked in with us on multiple occasions, ensuring everything was on track. We had a few things that were missed—like changes to seating arrangements and last-minute supplies needed and names missed out—but Ian caught everything and took care of it seamlessly. He truly made everything come together without a hitch. Ian is hands-down the best wedding coordinator ever. He’s down-to-earth, laid-back, and truly brought a positive energy to our day. He even stepped up to MC at our reception, which was an amazing touch! He got both sides of our families on the dance floor and helped everyone enjoy the special moments. Loved the games he had selected too! Everyone had a ball. His organization was spot-on, with a detailed timeline and a breakdown of the day for both us and the vendors. He made everything feel effortless. My partner, who tends to overthink and get stressed, was completely at ease because of Ian's calming presence and preparation. Last-minute, Ian went out of his way to help with some wardrobe details, even having extra clips to secure our jackets. He also surprised us by bringing us cheeseburgers and apple pies after the church ceremony because he knew we’d be hungry. That gesture went far beyond what we expected from a wedding coordinator. I would 100% recommend Ian and his team. We can’t thank him enough and would absolutely use him again for any future event coordination. Ian, we truly appreciate everything you've done for us. Aldrian has been amazing wedding coordinator and MC. He provided service over and beyond. He is calm and organized and reassuring that everything is under control. My husband and I are very impressed and appreciated how Ian and his team made our wedding day run so smoothly and perfectly. We highly recommend Perfect Story Weddings!
