Personal pet and home care is amazing. They are always on time and ready to meet our needs. We have had to add services at the last minute and it has never been a problem. Our pet’s “Nannies” have always been kind and loving. Our pups love them!
From our first meeting with Debbie to meet my girls - I have 6 bantam chickens - I knew that Personal Pet and Home Care would be a perfect fit! Debbie was professional, personable and very attentive to my needs. The company has a very detailed client login site and they carefully attend to special requests. Bethany did an amazing job caring for the girls while we were away for several days. I was nervous the first time as I had never had anyone take care of them but myself. She was thorough with caring for their needs and sent me daily updates. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
We had the best experience with Personal Pet & Home Care! From the first meet n greet meeting I could tell our dogs would be in the best hands! Summer and Bethany asked all the right questions and made us feel at ease. While we were away we got the most detailed updates and so many sweet pictures. One of our frenchies has to be in a wheelchair while playing and eating, Summer and Bethany were so accommodating to her and didn’t act as if she was a burden. They loved on both our girls and spoiled them. They took our trash out and cleaned up messes in the yard. I am truly so happy we found them! Could not recommend them more and so excited to use them again in the future!
Debbie is the heartbeat of Personal Home and Pet Care. She and her team are professional while treating you like family. We first trusted them with our senior pup, KiKi, nearly 5 years ago, and the care was extraordinary—especially during the 2021 winter storm when Debbie risked icy roads to bring KiKi into her own home until it passed. That kind of dedication is rare. Even now, she continues to care for our boy Crash and our girl Citrus with the same love and reliability. We are so grateful for Debbie and her amazing team!
We LOVE Debbie and her crew! We’ve used them ever since we moved here in 2018 and couldn’t be more pleased. All our animals love them and I never worry about the care they receive. They treat our pets like their own. We were especially appreciative of the staff when our Trixie kitty was dying and she needed medication and extra love…they were wonderful and the communication was top notch. Thank you Debbie!
