We had an incredible experience with Personal Touch Dining from start to finish and couldn’t recommend them more highly! They made the wedding planning process smooth, organized, and genuinely enjoyable, which made a huge difference during what can be a very overwhelming time. Communication was clear, thoughtful, and supportive every step of the way. A huge shout-out to Samantha, our event manager, who truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly responsive, kind, and never once made us feel silly for asking questions. Even when something wasn’t possible, she always followed up with a thoughtful solution and helped keep us on track with deadlines in the most gracious way. The dinner tasting experience also felt so personal and special, and we loved being able to see and choose from their beautiful assortment of rentals, which really helped us envision the day. On our wedding day, their service was outstanding! The wait staff were attentive and warm, making both us and our guests feel so well taken care of. Our guests especially raved about the bartenders, and of course, the food was phenomenal! We were getting compliments for days on end from our gusts about how delicious everything was! We are so grateful to Samantha and the entire team for helping make our wedding day seamless, stress-free, and truly memorable! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone planning an event!!
We used Personal Touch for our recent wedding and cannot say enough great things. The entire process was really easy from start to finish. First- the tasting was such a great way to narrow down our menu choices, and the staff are great at giving suggestions. I also love all of the options they have for plates, cutlery, napkins, etc. Again, the staff were great at helping style the table. During the final weeks of planning Annalise and team were super responsive via email, and really think of every single detail. On the day of the wedding, from welcome drinks to cocktail hour to dinner, everything went SO smooth. The staff were very professional and organized. Our guests raved about the food and fun drink options. Overall incredible value, using PTD really elevated our event and we can’t thank the team enough.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Personal Touch Dining for our wedding at Leo Carrillo Ranch. They truly know what they’re doing when it comes to weddings and it shows in every detail. One of the things we loved most about working with Personal Touch is how inclusive the experience was. Everything from the food to the décor is included in their packages, and there are so many options to choose from. Whether you want to keep things simple or go all-out with custom touches, they give you the flexibility to make it your own without feeling overwhelmed. From booking the venue to the big day itself, Josie and Hannah were always available and responsive to any questions we had. Their professionalism and support made the planning process so much easier and more enjoyable. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the venue was, how delicious the food tasted, and how seamlessly the entire event flowed. I couldn’t agree more! Jessica, our day-of coordinator, was absolutely amazing. I can honestly say I didn’t feel stressed at all on my wedding day; I was able to fully enjoy every minute. Jessica was everywhere, ensuring everyone was on time and that everything went off without a hitch, all while being calm, kind, and never intrusive. I would highly recommend Personal Touch Dining to anyone planning a wedding. They made our day truly unforgettable!
Personal touch dining was the perfect choice for our wedding catering and rental needs. We loved that it was a “one stop shop” so that we could rent everything we needed to make our day so special. The food was great (family and friends keep talking about it). The process, communication, and organization was perfect for a type A bride. Highly recommend for your wedding or next event! My husband and I hired Personal Touch Dining to be our caterers at our wedding in June and it was the best decision! Annalisa was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process which really helped take away a lot of stress associated with planning a long distance wedding. She was very flexible with updates and changes we wanted to make which I really appreciated. We also got our rentals from them and they looked amazing. The tasting went really well and many of our guests praised the food at the wedding which we were really happy about! Everything was delicious but our favorites were the tomato bisque grilled cheese appetizer, strawberry salad, pesto salmon, and mashed potatoes. Thank you so much Annalisa for being so amazing and helping us make our wedding vision come to life!
