I loved training with Thea. Having never done any gym work in the past, I was grateful to Thea for being patient with me, explaining the basics, and pushing me to believe in myself. Sessions with Thea are fun, challenging, varied and rewarding.
Théa was absolutely fantastic to work with. Very attentive and personalised approach, and accommodating and understanding when I needed to flex my availability for sessions due to life getting busy. She listened to what I was looking for, but also picked up and advised on specific exercises to help me improve personal areas for development that I wouldn't otherwise of been able to identify myself. Highly recommend!
Théa has been an incredible PT and always looked forward to my sessions! She really helped me get to grips with the basics in the gym and help me focus on what I wanted out of exercising. This has allowed me to gain a lot more confidence using the equipment and in myself. I would absolutely recommend Théa as a personal trainer.
I absolutely loved training with Théa - she is really knowledgable in all things running and fitness, and every session with her was a great balance of working hard and having fun. She was the perfect coach to help me build muscle for long distance running - I could really feel the difference in comparison with last year when I was running without additional training sessions. Théa has transformed my relationship with running. There have been times when I loved the run I was on but it was fleeting and rare. Now I am hooked, I am loving the journey of becoming a runner and Théa is the perfect companion. She sets me a running plan which I love because of its variety and then when we meet she gets me to do all sorts of exercises, drills, strength work, balance work which I also love but would probably never do if left to my own devices. Théa is a fountain of knowledge and is always up for answering my next barrage of questions in a way that's informative and hugely inspiring. Today I asked about cadence but instead of just explain she showed me, had me do it and it just clicked and felt great, just another thing I can't wait to try (in my case increase). Théa is all about injury prevention and despite that not being too necessary for me to be thinking about (thankfully!) it's wonderful to know that Théa is thinking about it for me. I feel confident that with Théa on my team I'll be running into old age which is my goal. Highly, highly recommended!
