Outstanding Job! This young man knows his business. We were being overrun with roaches. Guests were coming in 5 days to stay for 3 nights. We called the "Buenos Noches Cockroaches" and y'all sent Matt over. After his visit we swept up dead and dying roaches for thee days. By the time our guests arrived we were feeling confident and everything went great. I will highly recommend Pest Patrol when the occasion arises. Matt is an amiable and confident young man with good manners. Sort of personnel rarely met these days.
Have used Pest Patrol for many years with no problems with the tech or staff. They are family owned and have always been courteous and helpful. Have recommended them to others to use. Ours is a 5 star rating from day one. Give Mark an attaboy as he is always prompt and does a thorough job!

RUDE, CONDESCENDING, LYING, MISMANAGED, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, SCAMMERS I was really hoping to find a reputable company that would assist me in moving/eliminating a bee colony located in my back yard. I was recommended Pest Patrol, so I called them and set up an appointment. The first appointment concluded with the tech advising me to cut down the overgrown weeds surrounding the bee hive. The reason for the high weeds is that I'm deathly allergic to bee stings, and therefore I cannot properly maintain the yard work around the bee colony. After making arrangements with a yard company, I was able to get the weeds down to a very reasonable height. I again called Pest Patrol and scheduled another appointment. I waited at the house all day, but nobody showed up. The appointment was on a Friday, so I waited until the following Monday to call and find out why nobody showed up. The female that answered the phone was incredibly rude and condescending. She said that a tech came by and rang the doorbell, knocked on the door, and also called my phone. This was a surprise to me because my phone never received a call from the company. The incredibly rude female also said that the tech checked the weeds and again said they were too high for him to work. I told her that I hired a company to trim the area where the tech needed to work and that the weeds were no longer an issue. She again became condescending, saying that I was basically a liar, and so I concluded the phone call. This is where it gets interesting: I have a Ring doorbell. I'm guessing that the Pest Patrol tech didn't know this little fact. I checked the footage from that Friday, and the camera did indeed capture something interesting. The tech arrived on time, however, he sat in his truck for approximately two minutes upon arrival. He then exited his truck and walked to the side of the house where I have an access gate to the backyard. In a span of just ten seconds (yes, 10 whole seconds - I checked the time stamp on the video) he returned to his truck and again sat inside for about a minute, and then he drove off. He did NOT ring the doorbell, nor did he even approach the front door at all. I decided to do a little experiment: I walked to the area where his truck was parked and timed myself to see how far I could travel in ten seconds. At the five second mark I made it as far as about fifteen feet into my front yard. I had to assume that he could have only made it about another five or so feet before he turned around to head back to his truck. The distance from where he turned around meant that he still had to walk at least another forty (40) or so feet to make it my access gate. He should have been gone from his truck at least a full minute! I knew he was lying to his boss, and I caught him on video. In spite of all of this, I called Pest Patrol again. I made another appointment in hopes that a different tech would be assigned. Nope. The company called me about two hours prior the appointment and said that the tech (the same one that lied about ringing my doorbell) had called in sick for the day. They didn't have anybody else available in the area either. In conclusion, Pest Patrol is the most overrated and mismanaged company I've had the displeasure of dealing with. If they eventually go bankrupt, oh well. I tell everybody now to avoid them at all costs. What a shame. The photo is a screenshot from my Ring doorbell.
