Cool mom&pop pet store. Came in with my family and there were birds, reptiles, guinea pigs & of course fish. Got a few shrimp and cherry barbs for a decent price
I absolutely love this pet store! They carry high-quality guinea pig hay, pellets, treats, critical care… that are fresh, nutritious, and packed with all the essential vitamins and fiber my piggies need. The owner is super knowledgeable, caring, and always ready to help with tips on guinea pig care, diet, and enrichment. Animals here are incredibly healthy and active, unlike the sick or stressed ones at big chain stores like Petco or Petsmart. The difference in care and quality is absolutely clear. The store is clean, well-organized, and run by people who really care about animals. If you’re a guinea pig owner looking for a place where your pets are treated like family, this is it!
One of the last TRUE neighborhood pet shops in San Francisco! I came in here for a cat carrier- something I needed really last minute to transport a feral kitten. The couple at the store was so helpful and polite and even gave us some treats for free! You aren't used to this level of customer service anymore and it really makes a difference. I can't wait to return for more of my pet care needs because these kinds of businesses not only need our support but are what makes San Francisco such an incredible place! Super cool little store with more stuff you can imagine stuffed in. Nice staff - very friendly and helpful. Some of the fish and lizard they got are pretty rare - I rarely see them anywhere else.
Had a wonderful experience with me and my kiddo at this unique mom and pop fish & reptile store. Kiddo wanted to make a titarium and this awesome guy Chris was very informative for this MOM. They have everything you need and MORE! TY and here is a pic of our beginning stages of our titarium 🙏🏽✨ you guys are a 💎
