Great place! I love being able to check in on my pet through the cameras during the day. It really gives me peace of mind. I have been bringing my cat here on and off for quite some time when needed, and they have never disappointed. The staff is very attentive and truly cares about the animals. They also offer a discount for military members and teachers. Just be sure to ask and show proof. My cat is very shy and takes a while to warm up to new people and new places. They are always patient with her and never rush her. They make sure she is comfortable, and I would definitely recommend this place.
Pet Paradise is an EXCELLENT animal daycare, grooming and boarding facility! The staff are AMAZING! I had never left my dog Sam before EVER. I was nervous about doing so being he had never been away from me. Sam had a wonderful time and was cared for so WONDERFULLY! The staff went above and beyond to care for Sam as well as communicate with me! Sam also received a bath and grooming during his stay. Sam smelled and looked AMAZING when we picked him up! I can not say enough good things about Pet Paradise! Anyone looking for any services for their Dogs and Cats dont hesitate to give them a call and arrange for their Pet to go to Pet Paradise! This place is AMAZING !!
I can’t say enough great things about Pet Paradise! They took exceptional care of my three dogs and treated them like family. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, attentive, and truly passionate about animals. I felt completely at ease knowing my pups were in such loving hands. They came home happy, healthy, and clearly well-loved. I highly recommend Pet Paradise to any pet parent who wants the best care for their furry friends!
Danielle and her staff are amazing. I absolutely trust them to give Oscar the best care possible. He loves Pet Paradise, is happy to be there, swimming helps his arthritis and he is happy (& tired🙂) when I pick him up.
Excellent service with the dogs and with owner! I made a silly mistake after a day of traveling, and urgent need to use the ladies room after a plane and car ride, that I messed up and transferred money to the wrong account. This made the funds unavailable for 3-5 days and they were so gracious to understand the situation and allow me to place a card on file for them to charge when the funds became available. They were incredibly understanding, thoughtful, and kind to me in my panic. I am so grateful to Pet Paradise NO and will definitely recommend and use them in the future! ❣️
