I had an amazing experience at Pet Wash in Hollywood. They did an extremely good job grooming my Shih Tzu. She was pretty heavily matted on her underside, and I really appreciated that they called me first to explain the situation and ask for my permission before shaving her down. That level of communication and care meant a lot to me. The grooming took about two hours, and when I picked her up, she looked absolutely beautiful. They did such a great job—she literally looks like one of those fancy, rich dogs now. 😍 You can tell they truly care about the dogs and take pride in their work. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be bringing her back. Highly recommend!

I hadn’t gotten my Chihuahua’s nails trimmed anywhere for a few years and had been doing it myself. The last place I used in another state would make me pay twice and come in two days in a row to get the full service done it was ridiculous. But the girl at the counter was friendly and the guy I didn’t really talk to but he brought my dog back out to me and he had done an excellent job. It was pretty quick too.

Despite a spatter in the morning and communication issues they performed a fantastic job on my three Shitzu’s. Thank you so much. I have been using this groomer for over 16 years if not more and we had 13 dogs at one point. Grateful 4 a reliable service.

UPDATE: I will be suing this grooming company! My dogs furr has not grown back and she also caught some type of infection from the services that has her skin irritated and super inflamed! In the areas she was shaved to low on she has been biting at those areas and losing more furr! I’m extremely disappointed!!!! I’ll never take my dog here again & I shouldn’t have paid them before seeing my dog first! I even tipped … smh I’ve never picked up my dog from any groomer like this after a shave…. It had to be super uncomfortable for her… we were so excited to take all that hair off being that it’s getting super hot … I’m so sad her old groomer closed her business … literally no excuse I do a better job doing it myself but her doggy clippers broke so I had to take her in …. Super happy there are no cuts but her ear flesh and toe knuckles … cut her whiskers off just an absolutely horrible job … grooming her usually cost around $60-65 is what I normally pay and they do an amazing job and I paid $85 for my dog to walk out like this!!! I want my money back!!!

Hello everyone! Today was Coco's haircut day at Pet Wash. Professionals work here and the team is very well selected. I have been using Pet Wash services for several years. My Coco is neatly trimmed, his ears are shiny, his nails are clean and short. They trimmed his hair beautifully as always! I really like the service staff, everyone is very attentive, nice and knows their job! At Pet Wash you can choose and buy everything you need for your pets of different breeds and ages, and it's not expensive. Cleanliness and order are everywhere! Well done, girls!
