I have been taking my dog to get groomed at petco for the last 5 years and this one is by far the best location. Raquel was so caring and did such an amazing job with my dog, I would definitely recommend asking for her. 10/10 recommended!
I have been coming to this Petco location for almost 2 years. It’s close to my work and so on my way home, I don’t have to go far to find what I need. The staff are always friendly and they typically have a good selection to choose from. The store is always clean and there’s always ample parking.
Daniela don’t want to work here Asked to get me food for snake bc only workers with the keys able to get it She refused told me I’m the only one in the store right now That happens often this Petco only one in the area that sells food for snakes and 2nd time after 40 min drive workers refuses to sell food They don’t want to work Store is short for staff Feels like it’s it’s a correctional work for free in Petco bc they don’t want to do anything Meantime my snake is hungry Awful
Big parking lot which is near impossible to find around here so that's a huge plus. Employee was able to confirm they had what I needed over the phone and then direct me to where it was when I arrived. Kind of on the pricey side but if you need something in a hurry this is a convenient spot to get it. I will say the spot where you turn into the lot from the street is a little dangerous due to the street setup. But the store itself is great.
The Petco on La Brea is the closest to me and if you go in, they do have a pretty good supply of things which is why I gave it 3 stars. The issue for me is that save for a few really kind and awesome employees, my general experience is that the staff has no idea about anything. Just yesterday I went in and asked about ordering an item they usually have but didn't have in stock and the employee said she didn't know but that there was no way to order and no way for them to know when new shipment would come, that sounds crazy to me. When I've needed a manager, they take for ever to come help (I've left before without fixing my issue because of wait time, including yesterday), and if you order online through the app, the stock is limited and not updated to what they actually have in the store. I keep coming back for convenience but I'm almost over it and will try Chewy instead.
