Took my Sheltie in for a flea dip and grooming. The young lady who took care of him wanted to keep him! All of the store employees were courteous and very helpful.
Everytime I come in to store #1418 I most often have the privilege of meeting Joel, one of the store managers. He is truly one of the nicest and most helpful mangers I have ever met. Joel keeps the store exceptionally clean and very well organized. If you can't find something, he immediately steps in to help and makes sure you get exactly what you need. What really stands out to me is his knowledge of pets. He takes the time to listen, ask questions, and offer thoughtful recommendations based on what is best for our pets. Thank you Joel for being such a good manager. It always brings me back to the store because of you.
Sydney and her team were great today! She made sure I knew of their discounts and rewards. This location is always welcoming and we’ve been coming here for the past 2 years now for cat and guinea pig necessities.
As I was checking out, Joel, one of the associates at this establishment, went above and beyond with his customer service. He told me about the rewards program which I’ve now signed up for and is a great conversationalist. He’s genuine at heart and very helpful. Kudos to Joel for going above and beyond!
I got the monster fish food, the price showed at $11.99, but after check out it came to a little over $16. I went back, took a picture and brought it back up to the front with the price marked as advertised and got a refund for the difference. Kinda sucks that I even had to do that, as I wonder what other items they over price from their system versus what's on the shelf and no one knows about. Its totally shady. The clerk was very nice though and made it right. I also noticed that they had jumping spiders which seemed kinda cool. I might come back just for that if my wife let's me.
