I dropped my dog off well before 10:00am and I’m writing this at 3:35pm. She still isn’t done. I came in around 2:00pm because I was worried and noticed they had just put her on the table. I’ve now been waiting in my car for another hour and a half. When I went back inside, they told me she still needed another 30 minutes. I asked if it’s normal for a dog to be at the groomer for six hours. The cashier explained that groomers work on commission and make a percentage of the total, which made it clear that Andrew took on more dogs than he could reasonably handle. I was also charged an extra fee for my dog being “hard to handle,” which has never happened in the six months I’ve been coming here. It felt like an unnecessary charge added to increase commission. To make matters worse, while I was there, I witnessed another groomer make a dog’s nail bleed. This experience felt disorganized, money-driven, and stressful for both pets and owners. I will not be returning. I do want to say the manager was very very kind. You can tell he’s a good person. I thank him very much for listening to my concerns.
Alexis the groomer is a super star ✨!! We just moved back from out of state and we were hoping to find a good groomer at a PetSmart We made an appointment and got booked with Alexis. She was so kind sincere asked all appropriate questions as my dog has had a traumatic back injury I was able to discuss that with her and she was very sweet and supportive of his needs. He was a little apprehensive when I left him and when I picked him up he looked beautiful calm and happy. She did such a fabulous job I will 100% be going back and asking for her!! And if you only need light grooming their prices are extremely affordable. Dexter and I say thank you Alexis!!
I recently visited PetSmart and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, making my shopping trip enjoyable and efficient. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided helpful recommendations for my pet's needs. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of pet products. I left feeling confident and satisfied with my purchases. Highly recommend this location for anyone seeking quality pet supplies and excellent customer service.
When it comes to your pet, never sell them short, you’re the one in control of their health what they eat, how they smell, and how they know you know give them the quality that they deserve the better the food, the less, the false ingredients, the less the dander less, the smell less the loss of hair and less poor behavior Overtime they eat less because they’re getting exactly what they want and that may be whatever kind of food it is for you, but PetSmart carries they have leashes. They have a leash with lights on it. They have a leash with bags for you to collect the overall specimen, although I warn my dog if he misbehaves I’m gonna have him get opposable thumbs so he could pick up his own Doodoo ha ha I recommend the store to everybody
