Been going to this dentist for the past few years and had a good experience. It is easy to make appointments and reschedule. I appreciate the kind staff like Maly who greets everyone with enthusiasm.
This is, hands down, the worst dentist I have ever been to. I don't usually write negative reviews but it's been months now and I can't stop thinking about how terrible this experience was. I waited for a long time and then I was taken back to an odd, shared space and the 'cleaning' was the laziest non-cleaning. Seriously, my electric toothbrush cleans better. I had pain from the 'flossing' for days. I floss regularly it's just that their flossing was more like a small stringed assault on my mouth. If you can go to any other dentist please do.
Love coming here! Always really clean and usually get checked in almost immediately. I don’t really enjoy coming to dentist because I don’t like oral pain but Dr.Lyle is amazing! She always makes sure I’m comfortable and lets me know what’s she’s doing before doing it so I know what to expect. The front desk is also amazing! I’ve been here often the past few weeks and they always greet me. Definitely will continue to come here.
Friendly atmosphere and environment I want to say thank you especially to Ashley to help me schedule my appointments for all of my aftercare. She was very helpful along with Kierstin Who is assisted me with checking in as well. Overall experience was 10, including the doctor.
I had such a great experience at Philadelphia Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk team was friendly and efficient with check-in, and the hygienist explained everything step by step, which really helped ease my nerves. The dentist was knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to answer all my questions. The office itself was clean, modern, and well-organized, which gave me extra peace of mind. I left feeling confident in the care I received, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future visits. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for professional, caring dental care in Philly! Gabby was also great she made me feel extremely comfortable.
