Our non-profit, the Sullivan Trust, was in talks with Randy about a new website which is just a mess and I was soo overwhelmed by all the politics of how our company runs things but Randy really saved the day for me and assured me and stayed calm. During a Board Meeting, I was told we needed to quickly update an important PDF that was wrong. I had tried to change it myself but was clueless. With fingers crossed I contacted Randy, at 8pm. We talked, I emailed the file, and ten minutes later it was replaced, at no cost, a donation....AND he found an error on the PDF! Speaks for itself. If you are hesitant about using his service, why?! Randy is a rare gem!
