The pho was pho-gettable!! Broth had no real flavor. The chicken (which is the one I ordered) tasted and looked like lunch meat! Never again!! The Thai tea was good though lol. The people were very nice as well.
DONT EAT HERE It was a bug in my food and it was hair in my pho The lady was rude about it It’s a whole life picture of the hair in the bug they clearly don’t wash their plants when they serve lettuce and things like that because that’s where I had to come from the bug was in the plant and one bug flew across my head. I didn’t even realize until I seen it on the side of me trying to look for a what that was that Flew cross my head. They don’t wear hairnets Who has no flavor taste the same like
The soup isn't very rich. This soup tastes better in other restaurants. The spring rolls have a lot of pasta and not enough salad.
Parking may be a bit hard since the lot is shared amongst other stores on the strip, went on weeknight for dinner so not sure what weekend parking would be like. Food is okay, the restaurant itself is quite minimal but very modern/industrial looking and clean. The pho broth is just okay, I feel it is slightly lacking in flavor, bland if you will, but feels “clean”, it didn’t feel as heavy as other pho broths I have tried. Summer rolls were also a bit bland, oddly enough, maybe the rice noodles and shrimp inside could have been boiled in slightly salty water instead? I’m not sure. The smoothie was good, made with condensed milk, probably the more memorable item we got. Vermicelli noodles were also okay, better than pho but have also had better.
Decent "American" pho, I would expect a bit more meat for the price, the noodle is not the freshly made kind (although I have only seen the fresh one once in the US). Gyoza is decent. Bright clean space, nice lady serving us.
